I have had the truck for less than a month, and it has already required multiple trips back for repairs. The first major issues included a check-engine light, thermostat problems, and a serious fuel leak where fuel was pouring from the rear of the truck. The vehicle was taken back to the dealership/shop for repairs. Unfortunately, the problems have continued. The truck is now back for repairs again, the check-engine light has returned with EVAP-related issues, and the rear cab window will not close. I had to drive for approximately five days in the Arizona heat with the window open. This truck is my only transportation, so repeatedly having it in the shop has caused significant problems getting to and from work and has created a major hardship. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but having serious problems arise so shortly after purchasing the vehicle and having to repeatedly return it for repairs is unacceptable from my perspective. I am posting this review so other potential buyers know about my experience. Please have any vehicle independently inspected before buying from this dealership. Make sure you understand exactly what warranty, repair, and return terms apply to your purchase before signing anything. I hope Family Auto Groups LLC will ultimately take responsibility for addressing these problems and work toward a fair resolution. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
