On Jan. 27 I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu. Along with it I purchased a Service Agreement. I was told by their Finance Department that if anything broke that it would be covered under that agreement. On Feb 6 the check engine light came on. I took it in on Feb. 7 and the Service cleared the code. The light came on again on Feb 8. Today is Feb 9, I have taken the car in and have been informed that it is going to cost me $3555 to repair none of which is covered by the Service Agreement. Simply an amazing experience!! I looked up the car I wanted online prior to coming so my mind was already made up before I got there. When I arrived Pat was standing outside drinking a cup of coffee... I got out of my car and he didn't run over he just looked once he saw my blank stare he simply asked who are you looking for I said nobody but I know which car if that helps.., he asked me if I knew the stock number and I did so I gave it to him and he went and got the keys. I do not recommend this dealership. We purchased a used Yukon GMC Denali and within weeks the check engine light went on. Had to replace the catalytic converter which cost 3500k. Then to have put less than 5k miles and the pistons blew in the motor. 6 months of owning the car and barely any miles and the engine blows?! No assistance or warranty. This dealership told me straight up that they make their money on financing and wanted to finance the car with them even though I had a better rate with Navy Federal. My friend saw a vehicle he was interested in. He contacted the dealership to let them know he would be down the next day to look at it. He was in constant contact with Ricky the day of letting him know his approximate arrival time etc. Ricky had messaged him several times throughout the day to let him know he'd have the car parked put front and ready for him. When we arrived at about 5 pm, Ricky walked us over to the car sitting out front and said "Well, there is a slight problem. After they parked it last night, someone went home with the keys, so unfortunately you won't be able to drive it. I'm really sorry about that. But if you follow me I have some other cars to show you that are comparable." ARE YOU SERIOUS? We just drove 2 hours to see this car, and you've known since 6pm the night before there were no keys to test drive it, and you didn't mention that in the several messages sent the day of? You couldn't call the guy to bring the keys back, or call a locksmith? ABSOLUTELY UNNACEPTABLE customer service and a huge waste of time. We were there less than 60 seconds. I bought a brand new 2024 Buick envista and have not stopped having issues the tow hook cover doesn't stay on ( does now) side pieces on the car have come off on both sides took them months to get around to replacing and the screen shut off while driving they fixed it but still has lagging issues now all four of the speakers are blown and crackle and they started going one by one since I bought the car Buick said they are waiting for a different kind of speaker or something like that so they can't replace them and there just pretty okay with having me drive it around missing parts for a while and now a blown sound system that's great good thing I bought a new car to get away from all these issues only to have more issues than I ever did before. I just left liberty buick and was told they won't do anything so that's great super cool glad I bought a horrible car. I was waiting until I also use their service center to write the review. We came to Liberty Buick because we saw a great deal on a car. Several cars had special internet pricing that was significantly lower than the sticker price on the lot. If you are considering Liberty Buick, make sure to check their website. The car-buying process was fairly painless. One of the great things about Liberty Buick is there Pit Stop program. With any car that someone purchases from their lot, it may be brought back for free car washes. Car washes are through the service department. No appointment necessary. Sometimes there are longer waits than others. They are always upfront about when there is going to be a wait. They offer complimentary hot Starbucks beverages and donuts while you wait. I did end up needing to use the service shop sooner than I anticipated. The car I purchased is used. I knew that meant something would go wrong at some point. One of my doors was not locking and unlocking properly. I made an appointment while I was in for one of their Pit Stops. They had no problem getting me in for the day and time I chose. I had the choice of them calling a car for me, or waiting while they fixed it. I opted for waiting. My car was ready in a couple of hours. Car was also washed. The repair is working. Best of all, the repair was completely covered by the extended warranty I purchased. Customer service has continued to be excellent. They set a high bar when we purchased the car, and they have continued to meet it. Aside from this review I have already recommend Liberty Buick. read more
