Beware Jessica's DU does not care about her customers needs or wants. She has destroyed my smile. There is proof of how much damage has been done. I was basically told by the district manager they refunded the money to my insurance company. My insurance money considers that money from last year and would not go towards anything to fix the damage. The district manager also informed me they did not care about my needs or wants or damage she has done . To make things worse I was informed that I was on my own. Be extremely worn about going here. They are not interested in making people right. All I wanted was to have a pretty smile. I warned Jessica DU , her assistant, The lady who says she's the manager Tina and the rest of the staff my disabilities ( they could have been nice enough to tell me there was a Orange City office since I live in Orange City and they knew the fear I had about making that trip back-and-forth on knowing the fear of I4. My mouth will cost me more than four times what it would cost me if they would have done the job right the first time. SCAM!!! STAY. FAR. AWAY. I have been a client with the LAKE MARY office for two years. I am warning you all that you will more bills by mail after paying the final bill at the counter when you had the appointment. I was told that my final was $48.74 and I paid that in full. I get another surprise bill of $28.00 today with no explanation. I can't call the office because it is Saturday. I was going for routine cleaning but these greedy fucks will throw out extra services that they know insurance will not cover to bleed you dry. Their ads about $49 first appointment session is also a scam, you will receive more bills even after you paid in full. Dr. Du is the sweetest doctor. She has done so much for my family and I. My dads case is a little complicated as we're trying to get some teeth replaced but she doesn't give up. She is very knowledgeable at what she does and doesn't fail to share that knowledge with her patients. Trust that she is conservative and will give you her opinions on what is best for you. Wow.. I don't even know where to begin. This place is a SCAM. Every time I sat in the chair I felt like I was being tricked into paying extra. Not only that, after appointments I was charged additional fees. I had an appointment in January and paid my copay at the time of appointment (I have a copy of the bill.) 3 months later I received another bill stating insurance paid less than they anticipated. I paid the amount requested and then 3 weeks later I received an bill for 276.00 (the cost without insurance) when I ABSOLUTELY have insurance. Dr.Du And her staff are completely amazing and very helpful they took their time to address my concerns and needs And made sure to help me the best that they could with great prices , they even helped me get care credit so I could make payments on my treatment! Omg! dont waste your time...office staff is the worse!!!! Rude and incompetent. I confirmed a 12 oclock appt 3 days prior, when I showed up front person said I never confirmed appt for 11. I said no because I had an appt at 12 and I had to see my ortho at 1125 to get my wires removed from braces so teeth can be cleaned. Continued to say I never confirmed and that they base info from last email, an email I got at 8 and couldnt confirmed that time because I had already confirmed at 12 appt. I had to make other appts to accommodate cleanning... called out from work and set up 2 other appts and they changed my time. Not ok!! don't bother!! and by the way they charge 50$ for not showing up and will not waive fee if they change times or dates on you. read more

Beware of additional charges for services that are not actually necessary when it comes to your preventative care. The management there only cares about production, not the patients as individuals.
