My child did not give consent. He never asked me -- the parent -- and he proceeded with the extraction anyway. Immediately afterward, he repeatedly told my child that he "didn't extract the tooth," even though the tooth was clearly sitting on the tray in front of us. Watching my child try to reconcile what they were being told with what they could physically see was heartbreaking. We spent years here with Dr. Lena, who was exceptional and always communicated clearly. But after she left, everything changed. This was not discussed, not planned, not medically urgent, and absolutely not authorized. No parent should have to worry about whether their child's bodily autonomy and consent will be respected in a medical setting. This experience shattered our trust, and I hope the practice takes serious steps to ensure nothing like this happens to another family.

I went here over 10 years ago with my mom. We both had braces on together. I to this day have my original retainer and it still fits!! I called the office to check if he was in the network and they confirmed that he is. So, how did my first appointment go? The dentist cleaned my teeth for only 10 minutes. 10 minutes everyone! He did not examine my teeth. I asked "are you not examine my teeth?" He answered "I did look while I'm cleaning". Then he went on to complain about how the insurance didn't pay him enough. I believe that if the doctor is mad at insurance company, they shouldn't take it out to the patient. He should have taken his name out from that network if he doesn't like the insurance.
