I came in yesterday to do a consult with Dr. Bratcher and go over some cosmetic procedures I needed…read moredone, I was so nervous. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment she walked in! She was patient, understanding and so sweet it was a complete judgment free zone. I explained what I was trying to achieve and she led me to the best treatment plan. I go back in two weeks to do it and I can't wait! She was so down to Earth while being so confident we could get where we wanted to easily and it projected enough confidence in me that I knew I was in the right hands. I couldn't be more grateful and we haven't even done the procedure, I'll update once we do but I'm positive it's going to be amazing results. Update: went back today and got the smile of my dreams! Dr Bratcher and the dental assistant made everything a breeze. Amazing bedside manner, uplifting and personable ladies. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience. She said I wouldn't owe anything, and then upon leaving I am told I owe $150 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING being done. This place is obviously a FOR PROFIT business ahead of actually taking care of customers. Based on how horribly I was treated today I would not recommend anyone coming here. Things have changed here, and this is by far the most expensive Dentistry place around. Everywhere else is much cheaper. You can't just lie to people in order to fraudulently obtain money from them. They made me feel so devalued today. I truly wish I had words for how horrible it was. I have been sending friends and family here for years, but now will probably be calling all them, and suggest they switch too. They need to do better with how they treat people, and also don't lie to people. May 6th followup: After speaking to Sara/Sarah today she was acting like she wanted to help. Just like how Luke Baumgartner acted like he wanted to help. Yesterday he even wrote me an estimate. Sara/Sarah spoke to Cossich Family Dentistry today about them honoring their warranty on this inferior bridge they did. Cossich refuses to honor their own warranty. Now Sara/Sarah just called me around 5 pm to tell me they no longer feel comfortable doing the work that just Yesterday they would do. I literally feel like them and Cossich are working together to not help. I will stick with Grand Family Dentistry for cleanings going forward, but can't trust them ever again in the future. I literally feel like they are working together with Cossich to not help me as they called and spoke to Cossich. After they spoke to Cossich their tune changed, and they cam no longer do the work. Nobody can say that this all adds up and is normal. It is basically RETALIATION by 2 dentists office to hurt a patient.

The hygienist asked me many times what my concerns were, and made sure to address them/ reassure me. I ended up having to get a filling and the team made it quick and painless (literally) The business has updated technological and medical equipment, and the staff are very transparent about costs before providing care!

The dentist examined and said they were going to consult an endodontist and they would call us about results. Weeks go by and nothing. I called twice no one ever answered and I left messages- no one returned my calls. Today I went to the office and I told the receptionist what was going on, it was pretty obvious they messed up by not even attempting to call us- it had been a month! The receptionist went to the back of the office got a sticky note showing someone had talked to an endodontist then she wrote down two names for referral. This dentist office has lost our business for good! They couldn't even be bothered to pick up a phone or even have the dentist talk to me in person once I came to the office.

One Star - Disrespectful and Discriminatory Experience…read more I brought my child to this office hoping for compassionate care, but instead, I was treated with blatant disrespect and discrimination because of my disability. The staff, particularly the dentist, spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive tone, as if I was a problem rather than a parent simply trying to advocate for my child. Rather than offering patience or understanding, I was met with rudeness and judgment. It was clear that my disability was viewed as an inconvenience, and I left feeling humiliated and unwelcome. No parent should be made to feel this way--especially not in a place that claims to care for families. Disability is not a burden. It's unacceptable for any medical professional, especially one working with children and families, to behave this way. I do not recommend this office to anyone, especially those in the disabled community. We deserve better.
