The level of care, professionalism, and basic patient respect was unacceptable. My son came in with a painful tooth, and instead of examining him, the staff immediately questioned us and brought in multiple people, including the office manager and the dentist, Jackie. The situation felt confrontational from the start. The dentist Jackie refused to even look at my son's tooth and pointed out the time (4:45 PM) as if that justified not providing care. At no point did she perform a proper examination, which is the bare minimum at any dental visit--especially when a child is in pain. She also gave incorrect information about which tooth was affected, identifying it as tooth #20. We later determined ourselves that the issue was actually between teeth #17 and #18. This lack of attention and accuracy is extremely concerning. When I asked for help and clarification, the response was defensive and dismissive. I requested my son's dental records and instead felt rushed out, as if we were being escorted out rather than helped. The entire atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable, with multiple staff members surrounding us instead of focusing on patient care. For a pediatric dental setting, this is completely unacceptable. There is only one pediatric dentist at this office, and based on our experience, I would not trust them with my child's care. If your child is in pain and needs proper attention, do not come here. Go somewhere else where your child will actually be examined and treated with care and respect.

I initially had braces for more than five years, diligently following all instructions. Yet even after all that time, my teeth were still not properly aligned. On the recommendation of my prosthodontist -- due to concerns about the long-term effects of wearing braces -- I transitioned to Invisalign. Unfortunately, my experience with Invisalign at this clinic has been disappointing. While trying to correct the alignment of my canine, one of my front teeth began to rotate. When I brought this up, the orthodontist casually suggested shaving down the longer tooth to "match" them -- without considering the aesthetic impact of altering a front tooth. Only after my prosthodontist intervened did they agree to order a new set of trays. The issues didn't end there. I had to wait over a month between tray sets, and when the new trays finally arrived, they were printed incorrectly. Instead of acknowledging the error, the doctor attempted to "fix" them by punching holes in the trays -- a solution that looked very unprofessional. After I voiced my concerns, they finally agreed to reorder them, but I ended up waiting nearly two months. When the trays arrived, they were missing attachments -- which are essential for moving teeth. I was told this was done because I'm "too picky about aesthetics," which was their excuse to cover up their mistake. Eventually, another doctor stepped in and helped fix the incorrectly made trays. But after all the waiting, I was told to wear the old ones again -- which felt like a complete waste of time. The staff members are kind, but in my honest opinion, the quality of orthodontic care at this clinic is lacking. I recommend seeking treatment elsewhere. Even after many years, my teeth are still not straight, my bite is still off. They may be nice people, but I wouldn't trust them for orthodontic care or Invisalign.

A local mom's group had recommend Dr. Weil and Dr. Cabel for anxious kiddos and I could not be more thankful for their recommendation. Prior to the appointment the patient care coordinator listened to my concerns, assigned my daughter to an experienced technician, and made sure to remind staff of our situation before we even walked in. Ashlee, the hygienist was AMAZING at making sure my daughter feel at ease before she even sat down. She chatted with her the entire time, explained everything that she was doing, and changed course as needed. Not only did my daughter allow her to clean her teeth, she allowed her to use the electronic toothbrush, scale her teeth, floss, AND take pictures. Dr. Cabel saw my daughter and was very personable and I loved how she had a wait and see approach to my daughter's dental health. I thought my old dentist was great, but after seeing the patience and amazing bedside manner at this practice, I am realizing they are at a whole other level. My old dentist had fancy futuristic private rooms, tvs on the ceiling, and a video game lobby. This place is nothing like that -- in fact it reminds me a lot of the dentist I used to go to as a kid. That being said, the warmness, professionalism, and years of experience at this practice by far exceeds any fancy office. I am unsure why I can schedule an appointment at 3: 30/4:00 for my 8 year old but not for my 6 year old. When the clinic door finally opened at 8:26 AM, I saw the employee who had told us she'd let us in, and asked why she didn't either let us in or at least tell us that she couldn't do it. She hemmed and hawed and said nothing. No apology. Nothing like "you're right, I should have told you. I just got so busy that I forgot. I'm sorry about that." Nothing. The receptionist then asked me "what do you want me to say?" When I said "you could start with a simple apology for treating us inconsiderately", she literally shrugged her shoulders, and said nothing. I asked if they would rather lose a patient than offer a basic apology, and she stared at me in silence. The lack of empathy and basic courtesy from this staff is mind-boggling. I landed on Care Dental, and made my appointment as a new patient using their easy scheduling page, and I had an appointment a day later at my time of choosing. I arrived early, parking was plentiful and easy, and I was professionally greeted by the receptionist in a very cozy waiting room, where I was given a digital pad to complete my registration. With little wait, I was guided by a very friendly, professional dental technician for X-rays and then led to a very nice dental chair with a view. She took care of all the prep and made me feel very comfortable. Without much of a wait, I was greeted by Dr. Rahat Aziz. In summary, this was the most comfortable, professional, smooth, painless, honest (she was direct about the damage my neglect had caused without being harsh about it), and kind dental experience that I have ever had.
