This is not a minor inconvenience , no customer should ever leave a waxing appointment with burns. The waxer herself did apologize and told me she would contact upper management so I could receive a refund or account credit. She also said she would make sure I was never booked with her again. I appreciate that she at least acknowledged what happened and attempted to report it. What is completely unacceptable is the way corporate management handled this afterward. It has now been 3 weeks of excuses, no follow-up, no refund, no credit, and no accountability. I was repeatedly told management comes in every Tuesday to handle audits and customer resolutions, yet every time I call, nothing has been done. The front desk even confirmed there is an email on file from the waxer explaining the situation, so corporate is fully aware and has simply chosen to ignore it. Burning clients during a professional waxing service should never happen in the first place, and the fact that management cannot even be bothered to make the situation right afterward says everything about how little they value customer safety and customer service. Accidents may happen in some industries, but when a business injures a customer and then avoids resolving the issue for weeks, that is beyond poor service. Very disappointed and honestly shocked at how careless this company has been.

Before booking an appointment, I reached out and informed her that I was interested in a peel but was unsure if I was a good candidate for one and after talking about my skin concerns and history, she developed a what we call a "baby peel" so my skin wouldn't be extremely irritated afterwards. The booking system was easy to use and I filled out all my related paperwork included medical and skin history as well as my routine so she had a better picture of what I already do. The appointment itself was great. She was very timely and responsive to my needs and concerns. We ended up doing a chocolate glycolic based peel (if I'm not mistaken) which smelled heavenly and I didn't feel like my face was burning off. Her attention to detail and technique was great and it was truly a great session. Based on past basic facials, she was very thorough in the process and finished in a timely fashion. The peel itself was great. We kept in touch days after the peel where she gave me tips specific to my reaction (I had some peeling as expected) and approved my products I asked about using for post care. A couple months later after the peel and I feel like my skin is still in great shape. Definitely give her a visit!
