This has been the best dental experience I've ever had. The office was nicely decorated and very clean. The process of checking in was also pleasant. The secretary was able to assist in understanding any inquiries I had about what I was signing and also checked what my insurance covered. They do have a cancellation fee of $25, if you don't cancel 24 hrs before your appointment; It is good to be aware of this. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I have had cleanings, X-rays, cavities and root canals. I am not a fan of going to the dentist ( due to poor practices prior to Dr. Goldberg) but Dr. Goldberg understands I'm nervous and he explains what is going to be needed and how it's going to be done. I recently went in to have a root canal and from start to finish no pain at all.. not even when he gave the numbing shot. I was in and out in two visits each visit lasting less then 40 mins.
