I have come here a few times now and I had good experiences this far. This last time I had Sun do…read moremy nails. She is very nice and knows what she is doing. She also knows how to deal with picky customers the right way (I'm picky customer ) I like my nails a certain way and if I'm paying what they change then I want it done right. The salon is nicely decorated and it doesn't feel cheap. They have a big selection of colors. They have gel, regular polish and dipping powder. They offer different types of services like the old fashioned acrylic full set. They have single use nail file and foot scrubs and they use plastic liners in their pedicure tubes. The basic pedicure includes a foot scrub which I think is nice as you pay extra in other places. The only thing I don't like is their regular polish doesn't last very long on my toes which it has never been a problem before when I use regular polish on my toes on other salons. You can call and make an appointment or you can walk in and wait to be serviced. They don't have that many pedicure chairs so if you have a group you should call ahead. Overall I'm really pleased with the salon and the overall service. Definitely recommend this place.

I spoke to him on the phone and requested an experienced tech not someone in training because I am very particular. The nail tech that was assigned to me was not experienced but I still allowed her to attempt to do my nails. I didn't have any nails because I just removed my acrylic nails before I relocated. I asked for square shape and she gave me round which filed down the little nails I had. As I questioned him can he assist her he was you can leave and don't pay. I said no, you or someone will fix the nails and I will be paying for the service that was given. She didn't know how to polish and he refused to do it himself. He was the only person available. Another nail tech polished my nails and shaped them with as best as she could with the gel polish on. I paid my $40 and left and even gave each of them a tip. It wasn't the lack of conversation that was the issue, rather the negative attitude that felt very unpleasant. I let her know initially that I wanted oval nails, like the ones I already had. She didn't seem to understand me, and I had to answer in short sentences, which seemed to go over better. A couple of times I gently commented that I wanted a nail filed down slightly, and this seemed to really upset the nail tech. By the end of the appointment, she was pushing my hands in a way that felt uncomfortable. I was rushed out, with her giving me less than a 10 second massage on each hand, while simultaneously filing my nails, so she could get to another client. I was planning to overlook all of this, and just Pay and move on with my day. However, when I went to check out, I was expecting to be charged $35 for a fill, and the register said $70. I told the man that I didn't understand why I was being charged so much, and he said that a fill with gel X is $60. Gel X is apparently an upgrade, and when I told him that I didn't ask for that, he replied that I needed it with the nails I got. Actually that doesn't make sense at all. I came to find out by looking at the receipt that I was also charged an additional $10 for cateye (the polish and magnet for which I brought myself): another upgrade that also wasn't disclosed. Additionally, my nail shapes are not consistent. Moreover the ambience isn't very relaxing, with the man at the front desk yelling into a walkie-talkie every few minutes, causing customers to stare and look incensed. I honestly feel disrespected and taken advantage of, and once again I will never be back.

Appointment suggested. They have the nail tables in the middle of the salon. They have a cute waiting room area. Their prices are very good. I only had a pedicure today and it was very good. I decided to go for the "Indulgent" $47 it come with all the cut and nail cuticles clean up and the callus treatment but it also includes a sugar scrub and a mud mask. I like they show what products they are using and not a random scrub/lotion coming on a plate. Not sure if the prices right now are including the 30% off discount they are claiming they are giving or that's the normal price. But that's what I paid today. The chairs are new and working well. Lisa did a great job, the massage was good. I have to come back to get my nails done as I am currently looking for a place to call home Come check them out!

I like that it's close to my house but there are just too many negatives. Also, I didn't even get my feet rubbed. She rubbed my calves and acted like she's didn't want to even do that. Nah.
