Today I was with Dr. Ramy for molar extraction and he sure did a wonderful job . No pain as such and extracted my tooth comfortably. I will highly recommend him to any one interested. Solace dental office staff and other technicians are very efficient and take care of patients in a timely fashion .

It's safe to say that while most people don't enjoy going to the dentist, some may hate them more than others (although 'hate' is such a strong word I'd reserve for Yankees fans, the cheatin' Astros and people who don't use their turn signal). My wife signed up our family with Solace Dental in 2020 and it's been great ever since. You wouldn't think much of them based on their location near a Dollar Tree in the northwest corner of Boughton & Weber Rd, but Solace is pristine on the inside. The waiting room is clean, tastefully decorated for the season, and every patient room has a TV. Most of their equipment is state-of-the-art. Dr. Zaidi is simply awesome, although his brother doesn't have quite the same rapport or gentle touch. All of the dental assistants and front desk staff are SUPER friendly, possibly the nicest people I've ever encountered outside of Chik-fil-A. They're a good-looking bunch, too, though that's neither here nor there. On a prior visit they were running behind which made for a much longer wait than usual, but that was an isolated incident and recently I was in & out quickly. They accept most insurance plans and copay amounts are generally reasonable. I can't think of a negative thing to say about them. * TL;DR * Do you swear to pull the tooth, the whole tooth, and nothing but the tooth, so help you god? Whether you're scheduling a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure (queue the whirring dentist drill), Dr Zaidi and his team are dedicated to a positive patient experience. They use cutting-edge technology and are consummate professionals through & through. Scheduling and communication is always on-point. If you're thinking about switching dental providers, do it. I highly recommend Solace.

My family has been extremely happy with Dr. Romanelli and it was a pleasure to have been working with her staff for a few years now. We also referred several other families in the community from the past few years. But the incident that took place today left us dumbfounded and so disgusted with the managers attitude that we will never be returning to this practice. I got a call from manager who has apparently been working for 9 years at this location asking to confirm an appointment. It was not my appointment and I had to ask her to check if its regarding my wife's instead. She said yes, the appointment is for my wife. As we have family visiting, I wanted to reschedule on behalf of my wife and I was told there would be a fee. I told the manager that we have been loyal patients of this practice and waiving the fee would be appreciated. The manager rudely told me that there will be fees. I told her that I understand there is change in management and the new management might be imposing these fees and wanted her to see if she can do something about it. The manager even more rudely said that she has been working there for 9 years and said we signed some document not sure how many years ago saying we will pay the rescheduling fee as its not within 48 hours. She went on about more things in patronizing and condescending tone. At that point I realized that I was talking to someone that doesn't have any basic customer or patient management skills and told her we will be terminating this relationship. At that point I was told I am not the patient so I cannot reschedule/cancel the appointment and my wife is supposed to call them back. I was flabbergasted at couple of things: 1. Why she was talking to me for 5 minutes and arguing with a condescending tone about my wife's appointment, if I do not have the authority to cancel or change my wife's appointment 2. How a highly rated practice has had an employee of this caliber survive 9 years and become a manager ! Someone who is reading this review with more HIPAA knowledge might want to check if this is a violation as my wife never consented for me to be making/confirming/cancelling her appointments to begin with. Just wanted to reiterate that the doctors and dental hygienists are top quality at this location even after management change. But the manager is the reason why we will never be returning to this practice. A high quality practice needs high quality employees and the level was service today was abysmal and deplorable. The new owners are more than welcome to reach me directly to discuss further. I am sure the manager knows exactly who I am after what happened today.
