I called the after-hours line and was seen this morning without a lengthy wait. AND, there wasn't an astronomical charge attached to this unexpected visit. Dr. Joon Kim, Dr. Huynh, Raven, Rochelle and the WHOLE staff are very compassionate and caring; which is very rare these days. They take time to ensure that you are comfortable and pain-free before procedures are started. Whenever you decide to visit, be sure not To let the exterior portion of the building fool you. The office is clean and the equipment is sterile. Good hand-washing techniques are practiced. I even noticed that the exam room chairs are sanitized between each patient. In other words, even though this practice serves mostly those who are indigent they treat the people like they are important.
