Dr. Paige and his staff patiently answered my questions and kindly addressed every concern I had along the way. The office environment is very fun (they have old skool arcade games!) and is a great place for young and "old" kids to get orthodontic treatment. The level of UNPROFESSIONALISM is unmatched I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my entire life. I set up to receive treatment, Invisalign, took the scans/pictures and set up my follow-up appointment to begin treatment. I called them the day of my appointment to see if I could get an early appointment only to find out my appointment had been canceled. I inquired as to why my appointment was canceled and was told they were unable to confirm that I got the previously scheduled work needed completed. I ensured the receptionist that the treatment had been completed. She then stated she had to call and confirm with my dentist office. I then thought, well if that is the protocol why didn't/hasn't that already taken place, but no worries let's move forward. The receptionist verifies treatment has been completed and schedules my appointment for the following day. Today, I take off from work arrive early for my appointment only to be told "We can't start your treatment today". Why can't treatment be started, you may ask, THEY NEVER ORDER THE INITIAL TRAYS! Is that a huge issue not really, HOWEVER the amount of time it takes for the trays to be produced is WEEKS. They had all the information and payment, might I add, to send for the trays to be created and be available to start treatment TODAY. Did they know yesterday that trays were not there? I'm sure. Did they know when I called the office this morning that the trays weren't available? Absolutely! Did they know when I arrived that the trays weren't available? You guessed it, they did. Why waste someone's time as if any of us have time to waste. Needless to say, Paige Orthodontics is not helping me smile with confidence and I am highly disgusted in the manner that I was treated well in the case of treatment, I guess, not treated. read more

Appointments are extremely limited due to COVID but catering to new patients instead of ensuring appropriate care for existing patients - Complete abandonment!!! I have been so disappointed in the service over the last 7 years. My daughter went years ago and it was always difficult to get consistent appointments, however everyone was super nice and friendly, and great location so we used them again for my son. The appointments situation hasn't changed. Now, we never know what days are late days, or when we can get in or not. My son has been months behind because of very tight schedule. Then, when my daughter got a cavity and needed her permanent retainer removed, and then replaced after another dentist did a filling it was such a hassle. It was storming the day of her appt. and she was 10 mins late and they cancelled her. They said they couldn't get her back in for over another month. She had already scheduled her other appointment with the regular dentist for the fillings. We called another orthodontist in the Woodlands who were able to get her in for the removal, but had to wait another 10 days to get the retainer replaced. In that time her front teeth shifted. Being with someone for 7 years and spending thousands of dollars, sending both children and to be treated the way we were was the biggest disappointment. Now we are having to deal with getting her teeth fixed AGAIN. Her dental cleaning was in July, and the appt wasn't until October due to trying to schedule between both places. HE IS NOT PART OF CLEAR CHOICE ORTHODONTICS! HE LIES SO YOU CAN GIVE HIM HIS MONEY! If I could give him zero stars, I would. I started my treatment in 2010. It's 2015. His exact words are "I give up. I will refund you half of your treatment and you can find another doctor." HE BROKE THE CONTRACT! He won't work around your schedule, which is what the contract said he would do. Wow! I usually wouldn't say that after going to the orthodontist, but this place was awesome! The day before our appointment, Dr. Paige himself called me on my cell phone to introduce himself and say hello and to find out if we had any questions before our visit. He was so friendly! That was the first time a doctor ever called me before we even met - impressive. When we walked in we were greeted with smiles and an easy check in. There was pop music playing, upbeat and perfect for my young adolescent, and about 40 magazines on the reception area table. Within just a few minutes a young man with braces came in, introduced himself (Trey, I think), and took us on a tour! Every single person we passed looked up at us and smiled and waved. It was so friendly, and even Dr. Paige looked up from his work (he was at his desk) and smiled, waved, and said hello. There were two arcade games in a little alcove, and we were told that if we had younger children, they were welcome to come in and play - so kid friendly! Next came the x-ray, which Trey took care of. We looked at the images immediately and talked about our concerns. He was super nice to both me and my daughter, and told us about his braces, and even pulled up pictures of his teeth. He printed out all the pictures of my daughter's teeth and put them in a folder for us. He was so positive and totally put us at ease. Next, we were brought into a little office with the insurance lady for a chat. Once we sat down, Trey appeared again and said he needed to take one more picture. The next thing I know my daughter is walking in with a single white rose for me! Then Trey took a picture of us together and gave us a copy of that too. I am not kidding, this really happened. Dr. Paige came in after that, and you could tell why his office was so awesome and positive . Such a nice person. He looked at the x-rays and pictures, looked at my daughter's teeth (there was a little examination chair in the office) and gave us his recommendation. Since we were there primarily to look at her jaw alignment with a referral from my regular dentist (hoping to prevent the awful TMJ problems I had) - he actually told us there was no need for braces. He said at most, we could get a retainer for her to wear at night to keep her teeth aligned through adolescence. That's it! Then they gave my daughter a t-shirt, made a mold of her teeth for the retainer, and sent us on our way. In all, this was a pretty extraordinary experience, worth a long Yelp review. read more

Moving is stressful but moving from GA to TX was a new level of stress. On top of everything, we had to find a new orthodontist to continue JC's Invisalign treatment. We were looking for a top 1% provider in the Humble, TX area. I called one office and wasn't impressed. I called Paige Orthodontics and everyone I ended up speaking with was awesome! They were polite and patient. They explained everything they needed from me upfront so the transition would be seamless. Dr. Paige initiated a consultation with our orthodontist in Ga to familiarize himself with JC's case. The day before our appt Dr. Paige (not his office or asst) called to welcome us and to go over a few details to prepare for the appt. Talk about grey customer service!! Today we arrived and the ladies at the front desk were very nice. The wait for JC to be seen was minimal. Te kids were already happy the location wasn't far and they had games!! As JC was getting exists completed, I was taking notice of how clean and organized the office is. I was called back by the treatment consultant and Shelli was super nice. She handled all the leg work on contacting the GA office to get the Invisalign trays transferred. She also made it a point to explain the insurance details....which are always confusing but I had. Clear understanding in the end. Ok back to Dr. Paige. He was very easy to talk to and seems like a genuinely nice guy...professional but warm and not robotic. One Saturday when the dentist office was closed I called due to being in severe pain due to a wire poking my gums. Dr. Paige open his office to fix my wire. Not trustworthy. My child had issues with the impressions and gagged. I got up and tried to encourage and console him. The girl working on him asked me to leave while she attempted the impressions a 2nd time and I refused. The next day Dr. Paige called me and basically told me the impressions didn't work out and we could go elsewhere. I asked why and he said my child was too young. That's odd because you told me my child wasn't. I asked point blank was it because I didn't comply with the girl's request and he said yes. Never trust a dentist office that asks you to leave your child during treatment. We are now with an orthodontist who knows how to handle children and their parents. read more

Based on the excellent reviews, I selected Dr. Paige as my son's orthodontist. Everything was great until my son received his Invisalign aligners. On our way home, he noted, "these aligners do not fit, almost half of the aligner does not go down." I interjected by stating that he had never had aligners before. He added, "the upper ones feel fine." He also mentioned that he heard the orthodontist assistants discussing "outloud" that the measurements were not done correctly. We were scheduled three more times to address the issue and told that everything was fine. I was beginning to become irritated with my son. The third time, instead of sitting in the waiting room and waiting for my 15-year-old, I accompanied him into the room. Fortunately for us, we sat on the orthodontist assistant's side by accident and were able to read on the monitor that the aligners did NOT FIT. They knew about it and proceeded to lie/conceal their costly mistake. When the assistant returned, she kindly pointed out that we were sitting on the wrong side. I pointed to the notes on the monitor and inquired about the aligners. The assistant told us the truth: the aligners did not fit. When I addressed Dr. Paige, he presented with a condescending and defensive attitude. No apology or remorse about what he had done to my child! This experience was absolutely horrible. Lesson: Regardless of credentials and excellent reviews, always listen/believe your child, even when the professional dismisses your child's claims several times. Contacted our ortho in California - and she informed me to find a local ortho to just clip the wire until we return from our trip. Not knowing the area, I just searched and called many different local orthodontists to see who might be able to help.
