Inside is very clean and well organized. Everyone is so friendly and personable and they make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I love that they will go over insurance and pricing so you know how much everything will cost prior to the procedure. Also, you don't have to wait too long in the lobby, once checked in you're taken back to a room in a timely manner. I just went in for a teeth cleaning and I am very satisfied. I can honestly say this has been one of the best teeth cleaning experiences that I've had in a very long time. During that process, I received two permanent crowns. The first permanent crown fell off, which ended up damaging a molar on the opposite side and now requires treatment from a specialist. The only consistently positive experience I've had was with Indiana, one of their newer employees, who was professional and competent throughout my visits. I was originally referred to this office by my girlfriend, who had recommended it. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. During one appointment, children were running around in the treatment area while technicians were working on patients. The overall environment felt disorganized and unprofessional. Over the past seven months, my crowns have come loose or fallen off three to four times. The crown only seemed to stay in place after I specifically confirmed that adhesive had been applied during a visit. Communication within the office appears to be poor, and there seems to be a lack of coordination among staff. Across all of my visits, I cannot honestly say that I had a positive experience. Due to these ongoing issues, I have advised my girlfriend and friends to discontinue using this practice and seek dental care elsewhere.

Even if a patient's teeth are bad, you shouldn't talk down to anyone coming in for help. You should just educate them & offer your expertise. After receiving an email asking for a review, I left an honest one on google of my experience. I received this letter, which just feels petty, unprofessional, & unneeded. The bold italic "emergency" feels personal. Btw they won't do anything even if it is an emergency, they will just give you a referral to someone else and still bill you for the appointment. So just skip the "er appointment" here if they ever offer it. (Although I wasn't even given that option) Here to just spare people their time and money. She took the time to make me feel bad for having 5 crowns and some large fillings on my molars, like "Wow you have so many", and started going through my xrays and scan which her assistant Bella had taken just a few minutes prior. By the end of my consultation she had suggested 6 crowns, with a price tag of $11k, and for me to consider extracting my wisdom teeth. Now, I stay on top of my cleanings, floss and have excellent mouth higiene. All the work she suggested was to be proactive and avoid cracking my teeth in the future. So now she wants to see me with 11 crowns!!! Wow, just wow!!!!! Will not be back. The only positive I can add is the Bella was awesome!!! She would be better off working for an honest dentist.
