I go to pay and was charged $42 for a maybe 15 min TRIM (total time with some combing was around 20 mins)- no wash (he said he didn't need one). I was shocked! I asked if that price was right and was told that the company sent out emails saying the prices had gone up. I don't recall getting one but I've only been there once before. I went back there because my first visit he got a wash, condition and cut for around $25 before tip. Today I got FAR less and was charged nearly double. I left no tip and won't be back after that price increase. Full transparency- I didn't ask prices (I thought I knew them), she did have to comb through some tangles; but still was able to manage that and trim his hair all in around 20/25 mins all done. I'm super frustrated and honestly sad because it's hard to find good bi-racial hair care and we just had such a pleasant first visit.
