They scheduled all of my medical appointments and told me I had to attend every one or it could hurt my case. I followed all of their instructions, even seeing providers I didn't personally choose, and continued treatment because they advised me to. After four months -- and thousands of dollars in medical bills -- they dropped my case over a technicality, despite the police report stating the other party was at fault. Now I'm left responsible for all of those bills. It feels like they are only willing to handle cases that are easy money. Clients are locked into contracts, but they can drop you at any time. I've since learned others have had similar experiences. If you're looking for a firm that will truly fight for you, this was not my experience. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
