I could've saved a little more than $250 by taking the defensive driving course. Please do your due diligence before going with this law firm. I have used other law firms in the past that were excellent but I went with this one due to the city I received a citation in. Zero stars are what's warranted, also the customer service sucks. This is the only law firm that predominantly responds through text. You can never get them on the phone and he was rude after he received payment (he instantly rushed me off of the phone and then I never heard from him again until I called and left a voicemail)
