When rugs were ready the owner texted me then warned me if I couldn't pick them up within a week there would be an exorbitant storage fee. I asked why they could not be delivered as I paid full price. Owner reluctantly delivered. My white rug, which was clean from me shampooing it regularly has a yellow tinge to it. Very unsatisfied with results. Would absolutely NOT recommend. I like to support local businesses but unfortunately there is no one to complain to and remedy the problem when there is one owner who is very difficult to work with.
