Eventually my refills were gone and it was time to bite the bullet. A friend recommended Dr. Lipperd, so I called to make an initial appointment. First, I was really happy that this is basically a stand alone location with a private lot. No parking decks, elevators, or long hallways to deal with. The waiting room was pretty crowded, but everyone seemed to be called in a timely manner. I met with a nurse, a nurse practitioner, and then Dr. Lipperd. All three were friendly and seemed to actually care. After discussing my medical history and current and past medications, I felt VERY comfortable with the entire group. I think I've found my new general practitioner.

As fearful as I was, the associates at this pace are simply amazing!!! My appointment was at 8am and altho they were running a little behind, they were extremely polite and updated me as to when I would be seen. The place is extremely clean! Everything is organized and runs rather smoothly once your in the back. The Dr is by the far the friendliest doctor Ive ever encountered! He spoke on my terms and explained everything I was experiencing to me in detail. Altho, I'm not a fan of hospitals or doctor visits, everyone here made my experience much more pleasant than my previous experience to the ER.

With no relief no rest no sleep . I was desperate. I came into this office today and everyone was so friendly to me . Dr Campbell came into the room diagnosed me within 2 minutes . where everyone else was suggesting surgery. He found an alternative for me. In one office visit I had a nurse practitioner and a doctor exam me and get to the bottom of my issue. I am so thankful to him and his staff for the relief and sleep I got after leaving his office. If I'm ever in this area and need a doctor again, I will definitely choose this one.

Today it was give us 111 dollars and change on you can't be seen. This included a back lab charge from November a co-pay I was expecting and a new lab charge that I don't even have a bill on yet. I'm legally blind on disability with a limited income, part of that I could have covered but I wasn't going to overdraft my account for the full amount, it's not payday yet. But nope it's all or nothing so the blind diabetic went home without seeing my Dr.
