The fact is, h2oRx is a quintessential 5-star company. From Kayla, who professionally manages appointments, to the technician's helper who does all the heavy lifting and digging, h2oRx has the most skilled, customer focused employees I have encountered in the DFW Metroplex. Their office staff and technicians are simply the best! For example, my regular sprinkler technician of 10 years actually located and partially uncovered my leaking valve. When he saw the complexity and amount of digging required to replace it, he candidly admitted the repair was beyond his expertise. Raul and his helper from h2oRx did a masterful job of replacing the valve (see photo). Kayla had already told me what the repair would cost ($267.80) and the h2oRx team's arrival window. There were absolutely no surprises. In fact, Kyle Jensen was correct when he told me his company could have charged more for this job. I might have grumbled a bit, but the quality of work on this complex job would have absolutely justified a higher price. What caught me off guard was being charged the same amount for a second valve repair performed during the same visit--a simpler, quicker repair that required no digging. In retrospect, I overreacted to the pricing issue. h2oRx's pricing policies are ultimately their business, and had I known ahead of time that the second repair would also cost $267.80, I would have approved it anyway. So, if you want the absolute best sprinkler system evaluation and repair service in the Metroplex, I strongly recommend h2oRx. Their technical expertise, professionalism, and workmanship are exceptional.

After my response for him to come by after his work the day after. He then shows up in the afternoon and doesn't even give me a chance to explain what I need him to look at. He walks into my garage and turns on the system. He then asks what is the problem? I then say let me explain. I then start to tell him and he gets so upset and throws his flags and bag on the ground like a child. He obviously has a mental problem and can't accept constructive criticism. Then he responds to me to say I hope you can return to a mental state after he acted like a child because I questioned his behavior and work ethic. Come on now, I can't explain this any better on his reactions and price for the work done. $2900 with an original quote of $2667 then it magically changed. Then he responds with let the lord bless you. People who respond like that are not trustworthy or honest. Once again why would I post this comment if it never happened. This is the absolute truth abut this guy and his company. He just gives you his opinion on your system and keeps raising the price. He couldn't even send me an email in his quote. I took a picture of $2667 on his written pad before he raised it to $2900. Do what you want, However, this company and Kyle will scam you. I'm proof after paying $2900 for two hours of work.

We couldn't locate the shut off valve as my yard crew had covered it over with sod. They found a solution and fixed my issue. I have to have a experience that moves me one way or the other now. This was such an experience. I read your reviews, I trust them, but I make decisions still, based on my gut and own research. I don't see a 1 star review, and think it is all encompassing. I don't see a 5 star, and trust it to mean it can be globalized either. Enter Charlie, with Cleaner Greens Lawn and Landscape. In part, I chose him because I am a military veteran, and I understand and try to support other veteran owned or operated businesses, or service providers. I know it takes finesse, and a special kind of person to navigate us veterans in most cases, as we are wired different following our service to this country. We don't need special handling instructions, but we do move in a different manner because of our experience. Our expectations of our work, and efforts, can be a bit meticulous. We want to go the extra mile, and don't need much recognition that we do. I had a couple of issues and needed my irrigation systems prepped for next spring. That meant I needed someone that could be flexible, since I have two systems, two different homes, leaks, but also ME. Yes, me. I am also a vet, so my wants are also exacting, detailed and I can be too direct or demanding. Maybe even intense. Put two of us together....? You do the math... Well I had a couple of concerns that needed to be addressed after the initial services, and I was impatient in awaiting a reply. Charlie, as the consummate pro, walked me through the mine field back to reassurance he would definitely come through and figure it out. He did, the same day. Promise kept. This is a rarity in business these days. A business that stands up for and by their craft, and work. Was he a bit arrogant? Maybe. But when you have the work behind it, you should be if that work is called into question. So in those other reviews, there may be a bit of truth in the 1 star reviews. I do know part of that is his no nonsense approach to his work, but some of it might have been the customers own expectations. Is Charlie a little rough around the edges.. maybe. Maybe he is all edges. Military service rewires us as people, and designs us for battle, for actual war, combat, not planting flowers, but ending lives. It is something most vets, and family members of veterans understand. Not to excuse us, but maybe to help others understand. As well, his prices are somewhere in the middle, but his actual work is top shelf. He didn't leave trash anywhere, and you can have an actual conversation with him about every detail of the service, and he gives you details in a manner you can understand even if you've never worked on your own system as I have. I hope when you are looking for a sprinkler service, you read the reviews, trust your gut, and then when taking bids for the job, add Cleaner Greens as one of your options. And remember, are you looking for professional worksmanship at a value, or a friend? I was looking for the first, and got just that. Now when spring comes, I am confident, even if there is a snafu, Charlie will be ready to show up, and get things on track. As always. Take care of yourselves.
