Never in all my years was I treated so horribly. When I was called into the exam room, she walked in and announced that she was mentoring a student. Never asked if it was OK with me, which it was, but it still would've been nice. Never introduced herself. She stood in the corner of the exam room screwing around on her phone. When I asked questions of the woman who was being mentored (by the way she was incredible and kind) and she could not answer I would look to Erin and would have to repeat myself twice because she wasn't even paying attention. When she answered my questions, she was degrading, judgmental, and overall uninterested. They ordered bloodwork, and there was one piece that I was confused about so when I got out to the reception area I asked if I could see her for one more moment for some clarification, rather than call me aside she came out into the tiny waiting room where there were three other patients and announced my medical conditions with great sarcasm and said "that is what I ordered that is what it is" Honestly, I was stunned. It felt like she broke hippa but that's not the big piece here. I was made to feel bullied and judged in front of the staff and the other patients waiting. I made five phone calls to the operations manager over a two week period just wanting to explain my experience. I was respectful and calm when leaving voicemails requesting a call back. Nobody ever called back. I am in my late 50s and have seen many doctors who in my opinion were all amazing. This is the first time I've ever had this experience. Rather than receive a phone call back to hear my concerns. I received a register letter today firing me as a patient. Wow just wow this world and the ethics are changing so drastically and it's truly heartbreaking. I would never recommend this office to anybody. I never met either Dr. Loftis or his wife, so I can't say as to what type of care they would provide at this location I have to assume though they allow their staff to bully and degrade their patients without hearing from their patients ...

First, they made me see the nurse practitioner for my first visit. He was a good guy, very knowledgeable. Then I got to see the doc. He was ok. What really made me stop going to the office is the docs wife and MA Christina. When I was there they were speaking Tagalog. They didn't realize I can understand what they were saying. The wife and Christina are very mean and un compassionate people. Talking about the patients and there illnesses. One over weight pt. checked in after me and they talked about how she stinks and is fat. Laughing. They talked about how the one guy Angel that works there and stinks. I went to the bathroom and was coming out when I caught Christina giving the middle finger to a patient that was walking away from her window. The wife and MA were so negative and nasty, I will never return. I hope people read this and know that you will be made fun of and talked about if you go here. If they are speaking Tagalog, know that they are probably saying mean and nasty shit about someone. They did not discriminate against co workers and patients.

The staff is friendly and welcoming--it's clear they actually care. They remember your name and things about you - you're not just a number. They're always on top of things, super organized, and they do their best to accommodate you, even when things get busy. What really stands out is how much effort they put into making sure you're taken care of. They really listen, and they make you feel like they genuinely want to see you get better and stay well. It's rare to find a place where you feel like your health is just as important to them as it is to you, but this office nails it. Honestly my health is more important to them than me, and I appreciate that a lot. I could never go anywhere else now that I've been going here.
