We have dealt with A and H for a number of years now, so we contacted them through their on-line service last evening to get on their schedule. Initially they said they would get to us mid-afternoon on 9/9, which we thought was fantastic. However, they got in touch with us early morning 9/9 to say they had an unexpected opening and if it was ok, would be at our home in 20 to 30 minutes. Even better! Their technician (David) showed up just after 9:30 am, got the info he needed regarding our problem annd got to work. He had us repaired and back in service in just over a hour, and it has been working great all day since! We are very pleased with their service and especially their response time!
