They told me once the work was done, to plug my car in to make sure it was working correctly. It wasn't. The tech was cold and in a hurry to leave-- making zero attempts to solve the problem. Instead, stating "it's probably because your car is fully charged", as to why the charger was not indicating it was charging. I ran the battery down on my vehicle, to attempt charging again. However, the charger still did not indicate it was charging, when plugged in. Bickimer expected me to troubleshoot the issue myself, asking me to flip the breaker, and when that didn't work, telling me to open the charger up and make sure everything was how it should be. After telling them I was uncomfortable doing that, they agreed to come out and address the issue. That agreement was quickly negated when they decided they THINK the issue is within the charger itself, and not a problem with the install. To which, they say they will need to wait for the replacement part, and to let them know when it comes, and then they will come back to fix the issue. A little over a week later, the part arrived, I reached out to Bickimer to get the charger fixed--now they want $295 to do so! So now, unless I pay an additional $295, I'm stuck with an EV charger, hardwired into my home that does not fully function, and will not indicate whether it is charging or not. In addition to this-- Bickimer is very unprofessional. The techs did not arrive until nearly 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment time-- no notice given. Once things go south, Spencer will refer to you however he wants and blame it on talk to text. Good luck getting Mike to hold a conversation and face the situation. He'll leave it to his front desk girl, Briana, who is so disorganized that she'll reach out to you several times to schedule, once you're already scheduled. Don't get me started on the mess they left behind on my wall! I highly suggest you don't spend your hard earned dollars at this company, and advise your clients not to spend theirs here either!

I scheduled the A/C tuneup this season and was told that the fan was not working and they gave me a quote of $800 to service it and $2700 to give it full workup!!! THAT'S WITH THE DISCOUNT!!! I called around and found another certified HVAC specialist who offered to come out and look at it. They spent 30 minutes at the house and had me up and running for only $75. The fixed the fan and filled it with freon as well as looking at the rest of the system to make sure I was up to par. I called and canceled my service contract the next day.

I can't guarantee that their prices are the cheapest in town; but I'm willing to pay slightly more for a company that I know will stand by its work. I have to give one specific example -- we recently had a technician stop by because our A/C seemed to be running less efficiently than usual. As he went down the steps of our garage to begin his inspection, he slipped on a workout mat that I had forgotten at the foot of the stair -- It was completely my fault and I felt horrible. He seemed to hurt his knee and to be in some discomfort. I would have absolutely understood if he had called off the service to return at a later date, or if he had offered rushed or less than courteous service. Of course, he did nothing of the kind, but offered the usual patient and thorough service that I've become accustomed to. He inspected our system and cleaned our A/C unit, which fixed the inefficiencies that we had been experiencing. The kicker, after all this, is that we were charged nothing at all because the service agreement from our A/C purchase, which I had completely forgotten about, was still in effect! Our technician, of course, reminded us of this. Great company. I recommend them with confidence.

They were at my house less than 2 hrs after I called and had it all fixed in 20mins. As a new homeowner I need all the help I can get and I really appreciated being educated during the process. I can't thank them enough! Oh, and it's very affordable! They quoted me an expected service fee of $79 and then I paid for the wire and compressor replacement as well (my compressor was still working, but was over 5yrs old and probably would need the replacement in the near future any way, so I figured go for it while I have someone competent and honest here). All total was $280, which is about than what a hotel for two nights would have cost me and that's where I would have been if they hadn't rushed over to assist me.
