He was so threatening that we had to call the police, because we could not get in contact with the owner,but mysteriously​,the owner showed up for him after everything was said and done. He never once asked us what happened,if we were ok,or anything else. This is the most unprofessional business that I have ever seen and if this is the type of employees they have,then I strongly fear for the safety of the general public at large. I pray that no one ever has to experience what I myself and many others experienced from the employee of this company. Not only should he be fired,but he should be jailed for his violent behavior. Everyone I told this to were shocked someone brought a baby into my yard, for an estimate! Your wife told me you only have been doing fencing for five years now. Never done it before. Her words. Your company would have charged me more, being your wife's measurements were higher than two other estimates. And no way I'd give anyone half down. All in all, not good business practices. Our 570-foot, 4' black aluminum fence project in Hammock Dunes felt rushed from the start, with the installation crew focused on finishing the job in a single day rather than delivering quality workmanship. Corners were cut, details were overlooked, and the final result was an incomplete fence with panels and gates installed backward, along with other bent or damaged pieces requiring multiple repairs that was not resolved in a single return visit. The foreman, Gerardo, was rarely on-site, communication was difficult, and I had to follow up for over five weeks to get the job completed correctly. Owner Gio also failed to follow through on commitments made to address our concerns. When investing in a fence, quality matters for long-term integrity and durability of the installation. Based on the poor workmanship, lack of supervision, and the need for repeated follow-up to correct issues, I strongly DO NOT recommend this company.
