I've never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life until I went to Orr's jewlers. I'd recommend trying the other two authorized dealers in Pittsburgh if you want a real chance at getting a watch.

I came into it…read moreconvinced I would buy online to "save money" and only contacted them because my brother went there and had a great experience. I came out of it all with an engagement ring! I worked with Abby, who is a saint when it comes to patience with me. I actually live in FL now so I did everything via email and had the ring shipped to me once it was completed. I looked at probably 10 or 15 diamonds that Abby found for me before I decided on the "right" one. She took pictures and videos of each one and sent them to me for review. Once I picked out the diamond, the next step was the ring. There were over 2,000 different styles to choose from (more than I can handle) so I told Abby what I was looking for and she found 3 that met my qualifications. I never could have done it on my own! They are very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I took me almost 3 months from beginning to end (by my choice, of course). Once I got the price, I searched Blue Nile & James Allen for a similar diamond / ring. I couldn't find a better price for an equivalent diamond. The folks at Trinity can't be beat!
