Called the store back to tell them something was wrong for them to tell me to bring it back. They assessed it again and determined something was not right. They took it back and after 3 more hours they called me to tell me they could not get it to hold and alignment. After arguing with them that my vehicle was perfectly fine when I took it in. I was then asked why I brought it in if it was fine. Where I was then laughed at for telling them you are supposed to align every so many miles. The "manager" who was the one who laughed then said you only get them done when they are out of align. They keep insisting it is my fault my vehicle is now broken and they can't fix it becuase they don't do that work.

Sure they'll pay to have it fixed, but Id rather not have to spend 1-3 days having work done on a vehicle every time I go in with a flat or rotation. Unprofessional, untrained. A copy paste reply isn't going to help, you had more than 3 chances to get the issue straightened out with your employees and management. I will not be back regardless. This is a bad business.

She sat down and about five minutes later the tech came over and told her that there was a mistake, and her car didn't need to have the oil changed for another 3000 miles. He also said they checked the oil and it looked nice and clean and sent her on her way. No charge. They finished my alignment in under 40 minutes. They presented me with a computerized report of the before and after alignment, complete with diagrams. The service was top notch and I recommend them to everyone.

He go get another guy they both come back and was like yeah you have a nail in your tire, we could probably fix it. They start clicking clicking on the gotdamn air machine, but first he filled he put air in three tires. Then he started clicking on the machine to put air in my tire that low. He come back and tell me he got two tires for $195. He told me that he hope that I make it home safely because the air was gonna come out of my tire this was yesterday & today is January 29 And my tire still has air in it so for one of your employees to come and try to manipulate me and try to make me believe I had a nail in my tire when he never really looked at the whole tire and told me that I had a low percentage of air in my tire when he took all the air out of my fucking tire and then turned around and filled it up. I will not be back to this place for free ever again. How dare y'all try to trick me into buying a tire, trust my dad taught me very well.
