He go get another guy they both come back and was like yeah you have a nail in your tire, we could probably fix it. They start clicking clicking on the gotdamn air machine, but first he filled he put air in three tires. Then he started clicking on the machine to put air in my tire that low. He come back and tell me he got two tires for $195. He told me that he hope that I make it home safely because the air was gonna come out of my tire this was yesterday & today is January 29 And my tire still has air in it so for one of your employees to come and try to manipulate me and try to make me believe I had a nail in my tire when he never really looked at the whole tire and told me that I had a low percentage of air in my tire when he took all the air out of my fucking tire and then turned around and filled it up. I will not be back to this place for free ever again. How dare y'all try to trick me into buying a tire, trust my dad taught me very well. I went home and jacked my car up and checked my tire and behold no nail.

She sat down and about five minutes later the tech came over and told her that there was a mistake, and her car didn't need to have the oil changed for another 3000 miles. He also said they checked the oil and it looked nice and clean and sent her on her way. No charge. They finished my alignment in under 40 minutes. They presented me with a computerized report of the before and after alignment, complete with diagrams. The service was top notch and I recommend them to everyone.

Mike was super up front and honest about the location of the dings, but said that his guys are the best in the business and he'd see what he could do. He told us if he couldn't get the dings worked out (they were on the seam of two panels), he'd send us on our way for just a handshake. His price estimate seemed fair and similar to what we've paid for in the past at the German dealerships, so we thought we'd give him a shot. We nervously waited while they attempted the fix and within just a few minutes, Mike and his team had the dings all knocked out, even correcting a pretty significant dent that appeared to be a manufacturing defect. The car is literally better than new! Thanks a bunch Mike! Highly recommended!

I walked in on a Friday about 3:45 pm. Detrickwas sitting behind the sales counter. He greeted me kindly and was very professional and a definitely a people person. He was very knowledgeable of RAW products and services. He scheduled me for 10am the next day. I waited for over an hour and a half for my truck to be serviced. The monthly price was very affordable to my needs! I didn't want my payments spreaded out over a year so I am pleased. The only strike, is the timing or the scheduling of vehicles to be serviced. It needs to be more organized. But overall Detrick was very nice and Ms. Monty as well. Both were professional and friendly.
