About 2 weeks ago I had a tire to just tear apart on me while on the highway. I called around to a few places to see if I could get a replacement tire. The quotes I received really didn't fit my budget until I called Rent A Wheel and not only was the price for one tire awesome the price for an entire set was right up my alley. I have another vehicle that I have an appointment set up for this week to get new tires on it as well. My best Advice would be to Stay clear of this place! Its been a nightmare from the beginning. Walked in purchased wheels noticed wheels were unbalanced as soon as i reached over 40 MPH called and spoke with the manager at the Time (Marcus) he Assured me he could get me in on my lunch hour with a appointment and they'd have it fixed. Come in following week for my appointment get there and they have a car in the bay pushing me past my lunch hour, they Finally get my car in there and he said couple of weights were off and they assured me they balanced all 4 and we were good to go. Get on freeway and the back of me vehicle is shaking worse then it was prior to getting there, so i get home and "remind you my wheels were Dirty prior to getting there" so i looked at my wheels and could see their finger prints on the front two wheels but not the back two wheels but he Assured me they did all 4 wheels ha! not surprising! so i called the store again and the Regional told me after "i was told all 4 were Balanced" that they only balance the front two? Now what since does that make? so when you go to rotate you'll have the unbalanced ones back up front WOW! so he told me to bring it in again and at this point i've just dealt with it and not even brought it back in because is a joke.. Now in the mean time i preferred to pay in the store cash because it seems no one really knows whats going on up there its a horse and pony show. I called on a Friday and told them id be paying in the store that Saturday and don't run my card because i didn't make it to the bank to deposit cash at that time the "Girl" at the time said that's fine ill note your account and see you tomorrow. I wake up the following day with my bank account -$165 So I called and spoke with (Marcus) and explained what had happened and the fees i accrued from my bank from their carelessness. So he tells me he will have it Refunded and Credit my Account the $35 for my future payment that i received from the overdraft from my bank..At this Point i just took my credit card off file because i didn't want it to happen again and i felt more comfortable paying cash in person.. 2 weeks go by and i had another payment do that Saturday i wake up Saturday morning -$165 AGAIN!! After my card was supposedly removed and we agreed on me paying in store! I call (Marcus) Again and Explain what has happened and at this point i just wanted to return them and be done with this Craziness!!! So he has me go into the store and Refunds my debit card that Amount once more and pays my Overdraft FEE AGAIN!! and SWEARS THEY HAVE NO DEBIT CARD ON FILE!!! so More time goes by and i'm honestly tired of my wheels being out of Balance so i call up Marcus and tell him i just want to be done that i just want to walk away from my contract and be done when would be a good time to put my Factory wheels back on.. He tells me he hates to see me go and blah blah Lets forget i had been through H***, So i go home to load my factory wheels up they had given my factory wheels in a bag so it wouldn't mess up my seats and etc. I notice that my wheels are there and lug nuts but i'm missing my Center caps!! so i call up there to tell them they didn't give me my center caps and i cant put back on my factory wheels without center caps Marcus Tells me he will look for them and call me back.... 2 days go by and i had not received a call, So i call again and ask had they had any news or have my center caps shown up Marcus tells me they looked and couldn't find them.. WOW! So you couldn't call to tell me that? Mean time i'm still paying my payments on them trying to figure out what i'm going to do. Marcus tells me to come in the store that the regional will be in-store until 5 PM so i take off work early to go express my frustrations with this company from day one thinking he'd care much less have some sympathy. I get there he honestly has a Attitude like he could careless to talk to me much less you could tell he didn't want to deal with me or the situation like i'm the bad one here. So he gets mad and starts clicking away on my account and gives me 2 weeks free like that equals to 4 center caps from the KIA Factory. I didn't ask for that i just wanted him to hear me out on my frustration with the company he Responds and says " Idk what more you want from me" at that point i was more then done so i left the store. I receive a call on 4/27/18 from a guy named Frank calling to introduce himself and tells me they have made some employment changes and he's the new store manager.. So i'm like wow this should be some fresh air. He was really nice and Apologized for my past experiences and thanked me for being a customer and reminded my i had a payment 4/28/18 i told him ill be in on that day to make it in person and he said that's fine i understand you don't want your card on file and i don't want you to have it on file if you don't want it. Next day 4/28/18 i wake up and my Account is in the NEGATIVE !!!!! FROM THEM! read more
