So I made a reservation for a Wednesday at 5:00pm. All the staff were super friendly and inviting. Ryan was my barber that day and he did a great job. He told me he's been cutting hair for seven years and sees it as an art form. I can definitely see that in his work. He also told me the shop has been open for 90 years and has always been family owned and operated. That says a lot about the place. The atmosphere is very laid back with lots of unique decor on the walls from music to movies and skateboarding. My cut was $30 and was absolutely worth it. One of the things I appreciate the most is the appointments. You book the barber, on the day and time you want, all on an app (Booksy). They also have walk-ins with the barber who is available at the time, unless the want you want has a cancellation. The place is always clean; almost every time its pretty empty which is great on Covid Times, BUT! it's because the majority of the people set up appointments on the app so there's not many people waiting if any, and in case you have to wait they have a pool table as well. Appointments last around 30 minutes so if you set it up and get there on time you should be in and out around that time.
