The clothing ranges anywhere from $20 to much higher. There are also some popular beachy t-shirt brands. This time of year, there's also a nice selection of Christmas ornaments. One thing that's a bit annoying is the hovering staff. There are signs posted all over warning you not to steal, and the staff is constantly watching you. When I was there a few weeks ago, there were 3 staff members in the tiny shop standing right over your shoulder like you'd done something wrong. I am not sure if there's been a rash of decor burglaries in Matagorda, but I feel like the signage and surveillance by employees is a bit much.

There are knickknacks everywhere, kitchen stuff, candles and fragrances, some baby stuff, laces, and so much more. The workers I see there are always nice and are very helpful. I got a few little porcelain dolls from here a few weeks ago, and they're adorable and in great condition! I highly recommend this store for any knickknack and gift needs.

I was a little skeptical due to the location, but we decided to give it a try because of the dedicated signage. This helped ease my fear about this not being a legit business. Anyway, we walked in and were so surprised at the vast collection of vintage coral. We love nautical decor, and especially vintage coral. She had various brown coral pieces, antler, red and blue coral. Some pieces were even discolored from scuba divers. The coral pieces also varied in both size and price. True vintage coral is pricey, and these prices were pretty much on par. You can search etsy to get a good idea as well as to what you are paying. She also had other items such as sea shells, flags, and nautical signs. The owner was very sweet and talkative, and very informative. She has a passion for what she does, and her mother is pretty much a shell/coral encyclopedia. We got such a personal, local, and friendly feel when shopping here, that we will absolutely be coming back. I loved how she made us feel as though we were from her little beach town, and shared with us whatever she wanted at that moment. We could tell just from our first meeting, the owner has never met a stranger. My husband and I can pilfer and go back forth for hours together in these places, and she let us!
