We brought our car in for a brake issue. While working on the brakes, they told us it needed a steering repair and new tires. We picked up the car and scheduled a time for the steering repair. The repair was supposed to take a coupls of days, they had the car for several weeks. I left a message for them to quote me tires while they had it, so we could possibly get they done while it was there. There seems to have been a change in front desk staff, the previous guy was also super friendly and helpful. The new person acts like he's miserable every time you call. He stated he didn't get my message but could work up a quote for tires. I didn't get the quote until I called to pay for the steering repair. We found cheaper tires somewhere else, had them delivered to the shop and scheduled a third visit in a month. The front desk person told us to bring it back the following Monday at 11 and they would put the tires on. While I was on the pone with him I told him the brake light has been on ever since they fixed the brakes, the power washing fluid container has also been leaking since they repared the steering. My husband took it in at 11, as requested and was told they thought we were going to drop it off. The front desk guy went to the back and talk to the garage staff, my husband could hear him cursing and complaining about us bringing the car in and not dropping it off. Then, my husband mentioned the brake light and he said we'd have to make another appointment. Our car has been in the garage for nearly a month and still is not completely fix. Every time we call to ask a questions, the guy at the front desk has an attitude of he doesn't want to speack to anyone, and our questions are not answered. I have never experienced this at this garage, but it is enough that we are considering a new gagrage.

I told Zach, exactly what I needed & I told him I had a coupon and he went out of his way and showed me another coupon that gave me a little further discount! So that is a win when it comes to customer service. They immediately went to change the oil in my car with efficiency! The manager, Travis did try to upsell me an air-filter for around $30 which I said "no thank you" to. I told him I could purchase and install that at a nearby store. They did not try to pressure me to buy, which I appreciate. I got the DuraMax full synthetic 0W20 oil which typically cost$99.00, with the usual $4.00 service charge, taxes, my discount coupon, plus a $3 donation to help kids! I ended up paying $90.15 We stayed in the car the whole time! Zach, Travis, Shaq & Brandon we're all friendly and efficient. I can tell in a competitive market... Fair pricing and over-the-top customer service is what wins! I could tell these guys were trying hard! From my first experience here, it was a win! I was in and out around 15 minutes! First of all I was in my car for 30 minutes not 10 minutes. And I had to change my air filter and my cabin filter which was grossly overpriced because I found these exact filters. Use the part numbers and found them at Walmart for way cheaper. Also they use Duramax synthetic oil 4 quarts and it came to $94. I found this oil on Walmart and for 4 quarts. It would have only cost me $48. Then there was a shop service charge of $7.99. I don't know what that was. I guess that's their labor then they told me that I had to have my coolant change which was $139. And I think the guy who serviced me felt so bad that my bill came over $319 that he told me my next visit would be 50% off, which is nice but I don't think I will be going back there. I will be buying my own filters and oil going forward!
