Very friendly and helpful. They managed to squeeze me in to get my wheels replaced. The lot does have plenty of parking but there are a lot of cars going in and out so be sure to park by the entrance and not near the bays. They also gave me a military/first responder discount. read more

I needed to get a tire replaced. I have a lifted truck and originally had taken it to Walmart, but they couldn't do it. I called around and finally found this place and they were able to fit me in. When I got there, Tiffany was so friendly and welcoming, I now consider us Bestie's. Tiffany and Kelly were super knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process so I felt comfortable. They answered every single question I had and had no problems taking the time to make sure I was satisfied. My son needed one tire due to a flat that he drove on. He was told he HAD to buy 4 because it is a 4x4. That is a lie. I am a manager of a car repair facility in Stafford Va and I know for a fact he was lied to. Yes it is always best but he is on his own and flat broke. This is a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer that now has a set of four tires that are now worth more than the vehicle. You need to do something to make this right. This will NOT be my last review. BBB, Google, Yelp. I will wait to hear from my son before I proceed. Mary Norton So son called and said he was able to convince you to just do 2 tires, appreciated but worried that he lives in a area where he can not trust his shop. So my Wife and I took our Jeep to these people for a yearly inspection and were rejected because of a couple of things. They said the fog light, power steering hose, ball joints, brakes and motor mount were the reason it was rejected. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with the Jeep but the power steering hose. They tried to get over on my Wife because she is a woman and they figured she wasn't capable of knowing what was actually going on. They tried to overcharge for the repairs but we decided to go elsewhere because they tried to get over on us. I recommend that you DO NOT use this business and avoid it at all costs. read more

I scheduled an appointment for an inspection, this company found things wrong that had nothing to do with passing the inspection and when I told them to fix the problems, they said I would have to take it to a dealership to fix it. Then bring back to them. I don't think they should be doing inspection if the don't have the ability to fix minor issues so the car can pass inspection. Will never use again read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I went here for a state inspection and after taking my vehicle home they had over tightened some lugnuts which caused three out of the five studs to snap off. after a very scary ride off of the interstate and calling them to see what they could do to fix it since they caused the problem they were very rude and very un helpful. I first asked which tires they removed on my vehicle and one that had been removed was the tire in question, they then tried to tell me that they removed the other tire and not the one that had broken ( I guess to get out of fixing it ). They then told me that in order for them to even look at it we would have to pay to get it towed up there and they would decide if it was there fault or not to pay to fix it, but we would still have to pay for the tow ( since we lived so far away this tow would be around $125 that they will not refund to fix their mistake) over all very rude and un willing to help with a mistake on their part, i would take your business elsewhere! read more
