I called three different major national/regional plumbers on Sunday night and none of them would come out and I had to schedule one for Monday at 8am. None of them would even give me a quote range over the phone. I called Campbell's in the morning since they are local and had great reviews and explained the situation to them and the work that was needed and they quoted $1300 over the phone. The major regional plumbers showed up and the quote with their "discounts" was $2359. Campbell's was able to come out this afternoon and complete the repair. They were great from start to finish. Jenn was great over the phone, friendly, and extremely helpful. Nick did the work and he was very nice, explained the job, and did a great job with the repair. I contacted them and I have to say I did not have a positive experience with this company. They quoted me a diagnostic fee to come out but I was charged $10 extra at the initial appointment which I did not contest as the entire amount applies to the repair. The technician took a long time to diagnose the issue but what took longer was the process of getting them to come back for the actual repair work. The front desk lady never answers your calls and is very slow in following up with the questions, ordering parts, and scheduling a repair appointment except of course for the initial diagnostic new client appointment. They just slow walk the rest of the process. I am not paying a discounted fee for the service but I sure feel that they provided a subpar discounted customer service for the entire experience. To be fair, the issue was fixed at the end.
