I came by for a smog check and the technician was pretty prompt to get my car hooked in to run it. I wasn't a huge fan of the upsell options for vehicle renewal and the extra charge for credit transactions. Not the best in terms of service or price to be honest because I normally go to a different spot for my smog, but being in the area, it was convenience I really paid for. read more

After I dropped my kids off at school, I stopped by this location. I'm always kind of nervous when doing this, you never know who will help you, but I was pleasantly surprised when I met Alex. She is very nice and funny and made this experience very quick and easy. It was basically empty, in spite of the location. I did not pass a smog because my battery had died so my car didn't have any of the history to be tested so the young man told me exactly what to do to get my car smog ready again. I appreciate it although I had to pay 24 bucks or whatever. read more

Time for the ole smog, so I took my vehicle to the same location I've taken it to for the past decade. Drove up to find a new technician named Alex. After two minutes, I changed her name to Awesome Alex. Smog Checks are something we must do, they're quick and easy but a little bit of a nuisance. We came here after starting at a smog check up the street where the proprietor was very rude. Alex was a night and day difference from the other smog check vendor and was very nice and professional. This is the most reasonable smog check I could find in the Henderson area. After 4 years of biden, prices have doubled for this simple check up. It's next to the Shell station. Easy in and out. The 2 Hawaiian guys that took care of me were super efficient and comical. Great place to get this done read more

Beware!!! They don't tell you that when you have a coupon, you need to let them know first and even if you didn't show them right away they should be able to give you the discount regardless. Poor customer service! Not happy! I won't ever be back to this place again due to this poor service. Why can't they ask you if you have a coupon? Such a simple task to do. By the way, there is some kind of notification near their cash register but why would you look there do you first arrive. They obviously have a scam going on! Beware!!! So... I'm going to leave a picture of a coupon here on yelp. If you want to go to this place and use this coupon be sure to let them know as soon as you get out of your car and before they do anything. The price I had to pay was $25 in cash or $26 credit card. The coupon is for $17.99 as of March 9, 2021. Good luck! read more

EASTERN/SERENE LOCATION IS HORRIBLE! The smog technician at the location at Eastern and Serene is a complete @ss! He has no customer service skills. I've seen more personality in a jellyfish. The smog tech is unnecessary argumentative when a customer wants to use a coupon and still tries to charge you a higher amount than what the coupon states. Read all the reviews. Everyone can't be wrong. The common variable is the smog tech! read more

I needed to get my 2018 car smogged as the registration was due today and I was going to go to the kiosk. Considering I had never been there before, I stopped here since it was closest to work. The extremely rude ass old man was yelling the line over there and pointing. I'm like where and he's just pointing OVER THERE!!! I have no clue where he is talking about. I politely drove off and took my business somewhere else! If you are going to work with the public, you need to have a better attitude or stay your ass at home. You are supposed to be providing a service but you suck buddy. I will never come here again and will never recommend them to anyone! read more

AVOID. Attendant failed me for having my diagnostic wires hanging. When I popped them back in he conceded it counts as a repair but refused to work with me after failing me. I get that by law they're not supposed to do mechanic work but IN WHAT WORLD would I take a loose dlc wire to a mechanic when I can just POP IT IN with my fingers? Absolute power tripping dick. read more

Just realized I needed a smog check before I could renew my registration. Pretty last minute. I showed up got my smog checked and even paid for my registration there was Done in less than 15 minutes. Unless this registration is bogus I don't see why this place shouldn't have five stars! read more

My daughter was sleeping inside my truck, the old rude guy want everybody out of the car to do the smog! I also him why? It's regulations! He has full of crap! I went to different place for smog and This is the only place and rude guy who asked everybody to get out of the car, they also over charged $25 and charged extra $1 if your using card payment!! I won't recommend to go to this place.. a lot of smog place charged 19.99 only. Zero score for me! read more
