Tip (coupon) : check online for the $10 coupon before pulling in, they almost always have one. The entrance can be tight because it's between Starbucks and the gas station, but once you're in, it's quick & smooth. Then I get a text saying my registration was now overdue and I would have to pay $47 late fee. When my tags finally came in, I checked my paperwork and saw that my expiration date for my credit card was written down wrong, which was why my card was declined. I asked for a refund of my late fee which I paid in cash, and after a couple phone calls, the manager finally said that he would credit my debit card, but he would not give me my cash back. Additionally, as I was leaving after the first time of getting my truck smogged (I cane straight from the gym) one of the employees named Shawn looked me up and down and said " little girl, little shorts, big truck." After my most recent oil change an employee accused me of stealing his phone and then showed up at my home over the accusation. When I asked for a refund or credit I was denied because there was "nothing wrong with the service" performed on my vehicle While the oil change itself was completed correctly, I believe an employee showing up at a longtime customer's home over an accusation goes far beyond the service. After nearly a decade of giving this business my money, I expected some effort to repair the relationship. Unfortunately I no longer feel comfortable or safe to continue supporting this business.
