Yes he was quiet and to himself. Idk what people expect it's a smog place and they're there in hot weather in that lil box waiting for customers all day. Give the guy a break! Fast and excellent service I got my tags and all is good! They're suppose to do their job not massage your ego! Place is great a little hard to find it's in the parking lot in the back. Other than that i recommend this place !!!! Will use them again next year if they're still there!

I found this shop because my 2016 Nissan Maxima needed new tires so I went to Costco and bought tires but Costco doesn't offer wheel alignments so they recommended a shop for the service. Zenith Auto Care is a part of the Costco Auto Program so Costco members receive 15% off services or parts at this shop. I called to schedule the wheel alignment appointment and they were able to fit me in later that day. I really appreciated this! Also, I called around to other auto shops and Zenith had the best price for the wheel alignment before the Costco discount. This is an honest auto shop with good prices, service, and they include service warranties. Thank you Zenith Auto Care! I will return for another service!

They seemed happy to use the oil and filters I bought and damn if they weren't done exactly to the minute off when they said they'd be, which was very important as I had a deadline I was trying to meet with an auction house pickup. Great service at a great price, done on time, zero issues or complaints, makes this shop an easy recommendation.

We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I wasn't going to do this because I don't like talking down to people, however I personally used…read morethe reviews from Yelp to contact these guys so I feel obligated to share my own experience. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

They have a mounted TV, two vending machines for drinks and snacks, a water station, and a public single-use restroom. The sweet lady at the front got my ID to build a profile for me and texted me an invoice to e-sign. The smog test itself took 10 minutes, and I was charged after the service. The mechanic gave me a list of everything he thought I needed to also get done on my car, with quoted prices, all of which I declined at the time since I have other places I go to. Overall, I had a positive experience getting my smog test here.

It appears the previous owner of the Yukon signed the title, and DMV could not see his signature? These people went to two separate DMV offices to get my vehicle registered, but DMV flagged it as in an unreadable title. The company informed me that there was an additional document at DMV required, to be signed and notarized. I picked that up, took a couple days to get a hold of this person I purchased it from, returned the signed paperwork to the DMV Warriors and the next day I had my my license plates and paperwork in hand.
