It turned out to be that my intake air valve was cracked. I needed my spark plugs (bought that on my own) replaced too since my car had over 100,000 miles, plus my air filter was filthy because I didn't change it during the summer. I took my 2003 Toyota Tacoma to Guillermo he did a diagnostic and said I needed a catalytic converter to pass the smog the cap voucher paid half it was an expensive repair but I needed it done.
