This is my 2nd time coming here for a Smog Check. I'm so happy with this business. They open early and are very easy to get to on Baseline in San Bernardino. It's next to Alfredo's Italian. They gave me a smog on my car after I told them my check engine light is on. They know by law they aren't supposed to but they did it anyways just to make a quick buck. I'd never step foot in their business again and warn others to avoid it at all costs also. Take your money elsewhere. Responding to the response they have, I absolutely told the technician that my check engine light was on before hand and he told me he had to test the car to see if I'd pass. Claiming anything else is false. There is a reason why this exact thing has happened to multiple people on multiple occasions. CHECK the other reviews that also give 1 star. Not interested in giving another dollar to a business conducted like this one. read more

I had previously taken my car to get smogged at a different location and it failed. So to the reviewer upset for having to pay for a failed smog -Yes, you still have to pay for the service and time invested for running the smog. Soon after the failed smog, my check engine light came on. I began calling around for quotes for the repair in order to pass smog and reached Wilson. He listened to my needs (the car had other things that needed attention that I did not want addressed yet) and made sure to provide a quote and time frames. Although there was a little hiccup with a part that was erroneously delivered, he made sure to provide updates and my car was done in the time frames provided. I came to this establishment for a smog check. I used a debit card, which incurs a $2 fee. total was $52. Wilson was super nice and speedy. i called, he answered with great customer service. once i got there, he directed me with ease, let me pull me own car around, and gave me a paper to fill out. Very fast service, took maybe 30 minutes and that's including wait time bc he had other clients, had i been by myself it would've been less than 15 minutes in my opinion. Very knowledgeable, gave great recommendations for my car and my future purchases, even said if i was buying a new car privately i could bring it to him so he could inspect it. Wilson was the only person that I worked with, but i would defiantly come back for him. waiting room was small, but that's not even really a complaint for me. just a note so people know to not come with children, or to be advised it is on the smaller side. very happy with my service.
