Warning this smog shop has no experience to pass smog . He won't pretest your vehicle because he only want's to get paid even if your car fails the test . Total waste of money and time and on the top of that he locked the car in the DMV failed smog test . He will not even try to clear codes or repair or give you any advice. Do not go there he will not free pretest any vehicle. This is what on example of the worst smog check station I have ever been in totally unprofessional and have no knowledge in smog period. The technician was polite, informative, and worked very fast. There is a small lounge/waiting area that is clean and has numerous magazines to browse while you wait. This is my second time going here, and I love it! As soon as I pull up in the lot...at the end of day too (5:20pm) ...I get out of my car and the great worker Manuel was there to greet me. He asked nicely if I was here to get a smog check. After that, he asked if I had brought my DMV paperwork and if he may have that along with a key to complete the test. I asked how much would it be for this smog and he said "for a newer car like this"...(Infiniti G35 2 door coupe thinking he was going to raise the price assuming wealth)... "$40" I was shocked !!!! Cheap great quick labor! I was so happy. He guided me to the waiting area where there were multiple chairs and magazines to read and said that it would take 10 mins. I was like really !!! This quick ???? It in fact took less than 10 mins !!! Once It was complete, he brought the car right next to the waiting area, got out and told me it passed. He gave me the key and told me the DMV already has the results. Can it get any better ??? Yes ! When it was time to pay, I gave him the money and he gave me the receipt all nicely, then I was like I had to tip this guy! I tried tipping him and he did not want to accept it and was very thankful and appreciative that I wanted to tip him, but he kept saying no it's ok ! I literally had to put the money in his shirt pocket and even after I did that, he tried giving it back. I shook his hand and asked for his name! I can't wait to come back to this place... and I wonder why this place doesn't have more reviews?!?!? This is the second time I have had great service from 2 different employees.
