Within 10-seconds I was in a totally normal conversation talking to Faye about things I wouldn't normally be talking to most of the ppl I know well in my life. Lol. But that's what better than good customer service produces, special customer service! Incredibly helpful with exactly what I was looking for and even came up with an idea that would make what I was planning on buying even better! Their idea went perfectly with it and worked out great! I felt like I could've asked Faye anything and they would've known exactly where to find it, everything about it, and even had some friendly suggestions that actually made sense. This is seriously how every store I shop in should provide service to their customers. Not over-bearing but making sure you're aware that they're there and happy to help if you have any questions. Its unregulated and sometimes the cans are straight up empty. Plus the manager or whoever runs the joint, like guilts the other employees and discourages them from conversing either customers, even when the discussion is about the product. Plus, the same dude will charge you $35/a piece for an item, see your consistently buying it and offer it to you at $25/a piece then act like he ever offered anything when you show up next time expecting the discount and no, I did not hear him wrong or am notnconfused. Which grocery stores to use, a great barbershop, and simple tricks like how and when to navigate the town. I love the cozy atmosphere and the friendly greeting upon arrival. Edited to add: The variety of options for your vaping needs are unmatched by any convenience store I've stopped at so far and the prices seem to be more than fair for the area. I didn't go in person. Got very had vibes fromt the woman answering the phone. I believe her that the business changed hands. Old ownership I cannot imagine allowing their employee to answer the phone like this. Abrupt, fast, cold, impersonal, asking only what I need from them in that moment -- self-centered and jumping to conclusions. I'd stay away, if I were you.

The store is clean, open on the later side, and stocked with a little bit of everything. I stopped in a couple of weeks ago for a replacement vaporizer battery, and the owner recommended one for me based on the one I was currently using that I did like a lot. Unfortunately, either the battery or charger was defective, and I was unable to get it to take a charge after the initial power rundown. I brought it back to shop the following week, and the owner took a few minutes to open up a couple packages and try different chargers and batteries to see where the problem might be. He didn't have any more of the brand that I had purchased, but did give me another battery and charger anyhow. I appreciate him swapping it out and making it right for me. The shop also carries e-cig liquid, vaporizer batteries and chargers, glass pieces and hookahs, rolling papers, Backwoods, etc. Whatever your needs, Raja's probably has something that will work for you.

From the moment I walked in, the woman (Jamie) behind the counter was unfriendly and unwilling to help, simply stating that the store policy of "no refunds or exchanges" was posted all around the store. "But... you sold me a product that does not work. I can't have the same thing in exchange - but one that is functioning properly?" "No. We do not open the package of every product we sell and test it to make sure it works so I cannot offer you a replacement for this item." WTF? Before posting this review, I reached out to the email address on their website to give the management a chance to make things right. I received no response.
