DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give one star I would. If you buy any kind of "vape" or puff bar or anything like that, DO NOT BUY HERE. Every time I have been here, the bars do not work. I decided to give them another chance bought 2 puff bars from them, and they do not hit in the slightest. It is completely dead. If you scratch off the code on the box, they DO NOT replace when found to be a counterfeit. No exchanges, refunds, or replacements. I thought I would give an extra chance and now I regret it, yet again. Waste of money and time. So I went home and really thought about posting this review but I thought I should let people know. I went in this afternoon to buy a pack of smoked and the worker was made me very uncomfortable he asked me my job, my age,if I had kids,If my job was hard,If O was Married(I am). His English wasn't very good so he kept writing questions down. I Kept trying to leave and he kept trying to ask me questions. I'm trying to be nice but now I'm like just give me my smokes I paid for and let me go. Then he asked me for a kiss on the cheek then proceeds to try and kiss me. He apologized when I freaked out. I've never felt so uncomfortable. All that and he sold me some stale cigarettes. I will never ever come back here just baste on my very strange experience. Store doesn't honor coupons as printed. Took one in and they refused it saying it wasn't the style listed (even though coupon said "Any Style"). Up until now, my go-to store. Not any more. Up until a month or so ago, friendly staff, helpful, I enjoyed stopping by. Not now, short, cannot be bothered and now cannot redeem items as provided from manufacturer? Done with them. read more

After visiting Cuba, I was interested to see what kind of cigars the local shops in Vegas offered. I was sent to this location to check out he selection and I was not impressed. The one employee who was working did not seem to understand anything I was asking and didn't bother to explain what I was looking at when I had questions. I asked him how much a humidor was and he said $60, then $40, then $60 again. I'm not sure why he went back and forth on the price, but he had already lost me the first time. I bought my one cigar and cigar cutter and left. I won't be back. read more

Yeah this place was interesting for sure. The prices were above average. The glass was cheap. The worker was super strange and beyond awkward. They don't take cards unless you spend like 10 bucks which is ridiculous... I mean it is 2016. Not the greatest store I've ever been to. I got a few stems but I'm not sure I'd go back. There are so many different options when it comes to smoke shops and options in Las Vegas so I think I'm going to go to another smoke shop plants locally here around Silverado Ranch and Bermuda and it's not quite as funky. read more

I didn't catch the guys name who was working, but every time we come in he's always so helpful! We have gotten a few things from this location. They also carry cartons of cigarettes too. I highly suggest you avoid this smoke shop at all costs if you buy more than cigarettes! I purchased a vaporizer and was told if I had any issues to come back there would be no problems. I checked to make sure it would turn on, but I neglected to check the glassware near the metal to make sure there were no cracks. Needless to say, when I got home the most important piece was broken from the hidden side. I took it back the next day and just wanted the piece replaced. The same guy gave me problems. He wanted days to try and replace it because they didn't have any extras and he was refusing to take one from another machine. I was told I would have to buy a replacement. He was unwilling to help me. I really had to push the issue. Then he said I wouldn't have to pay. Finally with no help, all I could do was leave my number, before I gave it to him I made him look to see it hadn't even been used. Then he decided to try and swap a part from another machine on the shelf. Found one, but it too was broken just like mine! They sell broken stuff and don't even try and package it to make it safe to take home. After arguing over something that should have never been an issue, I finally left with a non broken piece. The day I bought it, I asked how to use it... Where to put my material... Instead of saying he didn't know, he made a guess on where to put the plant matter. So wrong! I'm glad we looked it up because his advice could have caused major problems! I also remembered that years ago, I purchased my first grinder there... It wasn't even put together right. IN order to get to whatever you ground up a permanent screen had to be removed because it was clearly made in china. It was a PoS! I will never go there again and suggest everyone else avoid it unless you like buying overpriced broken stuff. read more
