I loved how it wasn't a pushy experience, there was no budget judgment, and they want to work with you to find the right stuff. Sold me a defected product and I tried to return it 2 hrs after purchase with a receipt. Went back the next day and they told me there's nothing they can do because it's a malfunction with the product which wasn't there brand. I asked if could've tested the product to see if it worked prior to buying & manager said the employee that sold it to me should've done that but forgot. Manager refused exchange, refund, and in store credit and took no accountability and said there's nothing they can do. Not sure how this is not illegal where a business can sell faulty products and have no accountability. I told the manager that they need to start letting their customers know to check the products before purchase but I doubt that'll happen. DONT GO HERE, THEY'LL ROB YOU

They also don't really have set prices so be wary. One guy will charge one thing and next time you go in to buy the exact same product a different guy will charge you more.
