Not too hot, definitely not cold, great flavor, strong coffee flavor, and not too sweet. There's also a wall of fancy teas that's definitely worth checking out. (See my photo.) Service was also good! Nice, kind employee and the drink came out quickly. Luckily there wasn't a line when I arrived and only 2 other people in the cafe chatting at the time. Like, I don't know what methods you use to confirm ingredients but you couldn't even take the drink to the back to smell it? You did it in front of my face? I don't ever ask for drinks to be remade unless it tastes nothing like I ordered, I just go about and let it be but this genuinely appalled me.
