The monthly newsletter summarizes recent studies about how different supplements affect different issues (usually a different theme each month). The prices are competitive with Sprouts and usually beat GNC, Vitamin Shoppe and Whole Foods. Even better, there's 25% off most items the first Saturday of the month.
