Little disappointed, Been buying disposable vapes from here for a while. Yesterday I purchased 2 for $39.30. One of them was dead out the gate. I can't know for certain, but I've gone through nearly 20 of them and never had a problem. I went in today to ask what my options are. Had my receipt, packaging, and clearly able to demonstrate that the cartridge was full, but not operable. The person running the store tonight told me that this is part of the risk of buying the product. They couldn't do anything for me. Needless to say, I don't feel encouraged to visit this store again. read more

So I drove her from my place in McKinney to her spot in Addison Green Vapor!!!(She's been vaping for years unlike myself, I'm kind of new to the world of vape) We were greeted immediately upon our arrival and though there were only two associates working, and each of them engaging with other customers they were quick to address our needs. Sadly We discovered that Green Vapor had just shipped all of their remaining Five Pawns juice back to Five Pawns only a short time before we arrived. My mom felt really disappointed as this was her only mission that day and she really needed a pick me up. HOWEVER- Have no fear- Green Vapor to the rescue Josh began placing samples of vape juice on the bar in front of us to get as close to her Lucena juice palate as possible. Some juices he described the flavors of and ingredients in them as we tasted them...some we tasted with our eyes closed and imaginations open to depict the flavors on our own. He watched, and listened, and probed our imaginations playfully exciting our palates until finally, tantalizingly he hit all the right spots Josh had a way of knowing exactly what was needed He really exceeded any expectations you would have of most people in general, but went far beyond the call of dutyto make us happy And even though my interaction with Chris was limited I could tell by the interaction he had with the other customers that he also goes beyond the call of duty This is definitely a "regulars" type of place. They really treated each customer like they were the only customer in that place with the level of attentiveness to each person. It really showed that their number one absolute goal was to make sure that their people are happy happy customers before walking out of there in a very natural not forced type of way. Came in looking to buy my first Vape, I heard it was a good stress reliever. Daniel helped me out several times, basically teaching me all of the ins and outs. He knew way more than I thought you could know about the subject. Went from not knowing anything to knowing everything I needed. He even helped me lean into where I wanted to go for my flavor. I recently purchased a vapor stick and hand 20 W by eleaf from here and the lady that I work with was very nice and emailed my receipt let me know if I didn't like it I can always return. I called the vape lab back because it was too strong for me. I has to speak to the owner about possibly breaking my item back to return and the person they help me refused to give me his name which was weird, but he assured me that he will speak with the owner and get back to me so he could let me know if I can make a return. After waiting several hours I finally got a call back saying that I can't return the item. Once I brought the item back in the original box with the receipt I was then told that I couldn't make a return. So they basically wasted a whole day of my time. When simply all that they could have told me was that was a no return policy. Better yeah it should be a no return policy sign at the desk before customers can make their purchase we should know that there's a no return policy. I am really upset that I was told one thing over the phone and then once I came in the store there they changed everything around. I'm not sure if this was some sort of discrimination because I don't sound like I look if you know what I mean. Please be aware that this can and may happen to you! Be prepared to jump through hoops or go directly to manufacturer if you don't like the product!! read more

This place is really cool, has a really cool atmosphere and looks very nice inside. The people who work here are very helpful and know the products they are selling, I've been to this one and the one in frisco and purchased from both they have amazing choices on e liquids and all sorts of different flavors. I bought a vape pen from them and spent well over 70$ the first one broke so we came back and returned it and two weeks later it broke again and they replaced it no problem they are very cool and stand behind their word and just an all around great place. My husband and I go here all the time now since discovering it! First time we went in was for the Five Pawns juice, then we updated our vaping hardware. Both of us got the iStick 50w by Eleaf, he got the Kanger sub ohm tank and I got the Arctic. Fantastic new setup. I originally had gotten a different tank and the mouth piece was HUGE but Vapor Lab exchanged it with no problems at all and were super helpful throughout the process. Brandon (hope I spelled his name right) has helped us every time we've gone in so far from our actual vape devices to juice selection and has been great every time! I was visiting from Oklahoma City and ran out of my juice. I'm super picky about my juice but stopped by Vapor Lab after my cousin made the suggestion to get me by until I get back to Oklahoma City. I was super impressed with the guy who checked me out. He was super friendly and attentive and gave me a discount because it was my first time visiting.
