Came on Christmas Day and I brought my ID to buy cigarettes for a family member and the manly looking lady asked if the debit card was mine I said "no it's my husbands" she then asked "do you have the same last name" I said "you can get married and keep your same last name" and then I guess she felt dumb and asked me a dumb question asking me "do you know the pin" like OMG lady why else am I gonna walk into a smoke SHOP with my VALID ID AND MY HUSBANDS DEBIT CARD this is RIDICULOUS!! Why ask all these questions if I have my VALID ID & KNOW THE PIN oh yeah and I was on the phone with my husband through the whole time I was in the smoke shop ‍ this is a 1 go no shop for me now definitely not gonna recommend this spot to anyone So I guess either I'm the only one they asked all these questions too or it's for anyone else who enters with a valid id & their husbands debit card

About 6 months ago I bought some cigars there and talked to the young man at the counter and told him I needed a dependable torch lighter. He recommended one that he said was good. I asked if they stood behind their product and he said yes. I paid $40 for this no name lighter. It took me a few months before it ran out of butane. However I could not get it to light after refilling it. It took me another couple of months to take it in to have them look at it. I went it and a young woman greeted me. I told her I had bought this lighter here but I could t get it to light again after refilling it. She immediately asked how long ago did I purchase it. I told her about 6 months. She said I waited too long there was nothing she could do. Based on what I was told when I purchased it, I became upset. I told her that I was told they stood behind their products. She told me it was my fault because I waited too long. Mind you she never even offered to try and get it to work. She just clicked it a few times and handed back to me. I mentioned to her what I was told by the young man before who I assumed was one of the owners. She told me she was the manager and her sister was the owner and they had purchased the shop. Obviously they DON'T stand behind there products or even offer to look at them to see if they can get them working. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! read more

Shop is in a good calm part of the metro town center, first time coming in and was helped immediately by the awesome owners. They have SO much goods, it's crazy how many variety they have in this store. All around, they have pretty much everything you could want down to the type of candy they have too lol. This place is awesome! They have the biggest selection of disposable vapes I've seen in a long time and for the best price out of dozens of shops. Liz was super helpful and sweet. Bonus points, all the vapes were right up front so I didn't have to squint and lean over the counter to make my selection. Cool vibe as well not an old man smoke shop. I found my new go to. You guys.. I CANNOT tell you.. HOW HIGHLY I speak of this smoke shop to EVERYONE I know who smokes and vapes in my life.. I am literally always here..hahaha everytime I come in or call Belinda picks up/helps me.. today I came in with my best friend expecting to see Belinda and Liz was there and it was SOOO funny because although I hadn't seen her in forever, and I know she didn't remember me, LET ME TELL YOU.. Liz's customer service was ALSO SOOOO TOP TIER. What I love about these ladies is that although they could just tell us anything to get be most money from us, they BOTH are so sweet and helpful and do what they can to make sure we're getting the most for our money.. definitely making sure to get us amazing suggestions for whatever we need while helping us save as much money as we can. Me and my friends came in very shocked and mind blown at the same time. The amount of different variety that's in the store is just crazy my mouth dropped to the floor!!! Don't even get me started with the owner Mohammad he satisfied all my needs without hesitation. I felt like I was at Disney land but smoker edition. They rotate both out every single day depending on what they have on hand, which is a great indicator that they source their ingredients fresh. They have plenty of hookah flavors and by 8:00 pm the place was packed and you could not see through the smoke lol. Service is a little spotty if you need help. There were some helpful servers and some that were lacking. The place has 2-3 too many tables, you have to walk through a maze to try to exit because it is so cramped. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Most of our group ended up just holding our pee in! Overall the place had good vibes but there are some holes in the service. Also, Parking gets extremely crowded at night.

The young skinny kid server who was taking care of my table had a poor attitude, barely spoke, seemed bothered by simple questions, and made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is one of the most important parts of the hospitality business, and this experience fell far below expectations. If you want your business to continue growing and succeed, I recommend hiring experienced, professional servers who know how to make guests feel welcome rather than relying on inexperienced staff to run the front of the house. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because I truly enjoyed my previous visit and expected much better.

For context, I come from Egyptian heritage. I'm first-generation American, and both of my parents grew up in Cairo. The dishes I ordered -- Hawashy as an appetizer and Makaroni Bechamel (Bashmil) casserole -- are foods I grew up with. The last time I had this exact meal cooked for me by my mother was several years ago, so placing this order felt like a gamble, especially with the restaurant being all the way in Anaheim while I live in Irvine. That gamble paid off immediately. From the very first bite, the food tasted unmistakably authentic. The hawashy was deeply seasoned, rich, and comforting -- exactly how it's supposed to be, not watered down or adjusted for convenience. The makaroni bechamel was the real emotional gut punch in the best way possible. Creamy, savory, perfectly spiced, and layered the way it's done back home. It tasted like something made with care, patience, and respect for the dish. I'm not exaggerating when I say this meal hit me hard. After one bite, I literally called the restaurant just to thank them. I asked to speak to the manager and told him what this meal meant to me -- how it tasted like something my own mother would make, how it brought back memories I didn't realize I'd been missing. That call wasn't planned. It was instinctive. Huge shout-out to Zayne, the manager, who was incredibly kind and generous on the phone. He even sent along kunafa for dessert, which was the perfect ending to the meal -- warm, sweet, and beautifully made. Beyond the food itself, the packaging deserves real praise. Everything arrived hot, which is not easy, especially for a casserole like makaroni bechamel. Once that dish cools too much, it loses something important. This didn't. It arrived as if it had just come out of the oven, which speaks volumes about the care taken in preparing orders for delivery. This is not a 5-star review because of nostalgia or heritage alone. It's a 5-star review because the food was genuinely outstanding -- rich, decadent, comforting, and made the right way. It is very hard for me to say that something compares to my mother's cooking, but this truly came close. I cannot wait to come in person in the next few weeks. My family and I decided to visit for the first time for British cuisine. Many of their dishes include chips, which during my visit, resembled steak fries due to their thickness. You'll also see that curry is a signature dish in the menu, which reflects how Anglo-Indian cuisine has maintained popular influence in the United Kingdom. I ordered Cutty Sark's curry with chicken, rice, and chips at medium spice. The name is derived from a British merchant vessel that operated during the late 1800s. The curry had a mix of savory and sweet flavors, which reminded me of both Japanese and Indian cuisines at the same time. I couldn't say with certainty that the curry fit into just one cuisine. Packed with some heat and bold in spice, it's a delightful and large dish if you desire a lot of flavor. Where the curry went a little off course was the addition of celery. The petiole is strongly flavored and distracts from the curry in my perhaps controversial opinion. Curry seems to better mix with potatoes and carrots. I tried some of the bacon sarnie as well. The word "sarnie" is an affectionate diminutive for "sandwich." American bacon usually comes from pork belly, which provides a flavorful yet oily crispiness. However, the British variant usually comes from the loin, which is meatier and leaner. I thought of the bacon here as similar to a savory ham. The sarnie bread is fried in fat to emphasize buttery flavor. The restaurant, filled with English decorations, has the style of a cozy and dim pub. There's a good amount of small wooden booths with cracked leather seating. Our server was really nice and made sure we got everything we needed despite the busyness of the restaurant. For example, my curry came with a chutney, and I had asked for a lid to take it home. While I forgot to take the chutney home, she went outside as she noticed that we took the back exit to look at their double-decker bus. She even offered to take a picture of us. The service deserves a lot of kudos, and we were grateful for her consideration.

The service was very slow and we only had one water refill, despite asking repeatedly, in almost 3 hours. They were also out of multiple items including scotch eggs, sausage rolls, steak and ale pies, and sticky coffee pudding (they only had two). We never received our scotch eggs and sausage rolls and it wasn't until I asked about them after the entrees came that I was told they had run out. And we were never told that the beef wellington, which we ordered in place of the steak and ale pies that they had run out of, was almost $20 more than the steak and ale pies. Then, the bill came and the scotch eggs and sausage rolls were still on the bill, which I failed to notice at the time, so we had to return and ask for a credit for those two items. This was the worst experience we've had at this restaurant. We've had the blonde waitress before and she can be abrupt but this time, she crossed the line into being downright rude and we all felt unwelcome as a result. And to receive the treatment and have this many issues while celebrating special family events was disappointing. I'm not sure if and when I'll be back after the poor treatment we received which is a shame because I do love their food.

I ordered an Old Fashioned, and it was one of the strangest I've had. It tasted like the orange had been muddled into the drink, and the sugar was sitting undissolved at the bottom of the glass. For such a classic and simple cocktail, I expected it to be made much better. The calamari was just okay. Some pieces were soggy, as if they hadn't been cooked long enough, while others were a bit chewy. The pasta also didn't seem to be made in-house. At nearly $40 for an entrée, it felt overpriced, especially when there are several nearby restaurants that make their pasta from scratch for a similar or lower price. Our waitress did her best despite seeming overwhelmed and having some difficulty with the portable POS system. She remained polite and attentive, so I don't fault her for the experience. Overall, this wasn't the quality we remembered, and unfortunately, we won't be returning.

if I could give this place 10/5 stars I would. I've been coming here since they opened and the service, products, and overall appearance of the store has always been to my liking. They have a wide range of vapes, from disposables to refillable cartridges, even cigars! They even have a punch card deal, every time you come they punch the card and on your tenth visit you get a free vape!! Overall, I will never not come to this store because I know the products are clean, not fake, the service is always a 10/10, and I have never had anything bad to say about this place!
