Things got really chaotic really fast. But how was Heirloom to know the guests wouldn't be quite as polite as expected? Their bar had a nice selection of wines, and their house Diablo Margarita hit a pleasant balance of sweet and hot. The absence of soft drinks aside from sparkling water felt like a misstep, though the organizers may have opted out re price. The staff was friendly and chatty, and kept both food and drinks moving at a clip.
