I give this store 2 stars for being open late, which is convenient. However, a recent experience…read morewas a masterclass in how not to handle a pricing error. I tried to buy a lighter with no price tag. Lo and behold, it wasn't in their system. So the store's inventory and pricing are broken. Fair enough, mistakes happen. But here's where it went wrong: the employee, citing the late hour, couldn't get a supervisor to help. His solution? Guess a price. When I noted these are $4-$5 elsewhere, he wouldn't budge from $6, claiming "that's what his brain told him." The real issue: Why am I paying for their store's operational failure? The lack of a tag and a system entry is their problem. The inability to escalate it is their problem. The employee should have erred on the side of the customer, not arbitrarily pick a higher number. If the true price was $4, I was overcharged by 50% due to no fault of my own. This felt less like a transaction and more like being taken advantage of. It is not the dollar difference which is petty but the principle of it. Probably not coming back here.

this is what happened to me today! I got there and told the…read moreemployee I had left a new review yesterday thru their app, which said I would get 50 points for that, a year ago I also left a review and never got the 50 points, employee Melanie called whom she said was the owner, and he first said there was no such thing on the app, then when she looked it up her self and saw it, he thanked changed his story saying it takes 10 business days to show up, I asked him so how come with my other review I still never got the 50 points, he than said there's nothing we can do, we r not able to change or add points. Which is another lie bcuz many times I've been there, employees had forgotten to add my points and than did it right there. I said to him I've been coming to this store for over ten yrs and never had a problem. Also they have a program at this store that asks u to put your phone number and try your luck, well in over ten yrs, it never happened, and none of my friends also never got chosen, so it's just another lie to keep ppl coming. He also decided to not care if u have been a faithful cust even going out of your way with plenty of stores by me, but always choosing to buy there.now the new employee who's been there 3 mos, decided to be very rude to me saying either buy ur stuff and leave, or just leave the store. Even though I was not directing my disappointment at her, she took his lies, and I was the one treat like shit. Well my friends as an over 10 yrs cust I advise u to not go to this store, cause the owner will lie right to your face and worse treat really bad even when u tell him you've been a faithful cust for yrs. Bcuz of me over 65 friends of mine use that store, which I have sent a group email letting them know to use another store.. I also met ppl at the store who knew nothing about Kratom and I put upon myself to educate them and they left there with the product, I did it just over the fact I thought the store deserve it. But never again will I step foot at a SmokeBucks on 9475 Phillips hwy, I will ask at other stores if the owner is a different one and also advise all my friends. Trust me save yourself the upsetting time and the trouble and skip this store.

I was able to sample two different vapes and several different juices. The young man was very patient with me as I am super picky with the juice flavors. I would recommend this vape store to anyone who is trying to quit smoking or have already been vaping and are looking for new equipment and or juice.

Do not get out to Riverside often & did not realize until we got home on north side & immediately called shop my wife was told they were not there after some reluctance and insinuating we actually had the pods my wife was told to come back and get the pods. Upon returning (have 2 yr old who I stayed home with) different guy now as they were changing shifts Cal was still there my wife was told very rudely not to make this a habit (have spent a verifiable couple grand in that store ) again as if we have the pods my wife was adamant they check the camera and was told they have no access at this point my wife is appalled.
