They toured me around the humidor and introduced me to a new release of cigars. Gave me advice and was encouraging me to try different types that I expressed interest in. Toured the lounge and the atmosphere was great, even saw an espresso machine! Pricing is very fair, I got the cigars I was recommended. They will answer any of your questions and give recommendations that are always spot on. If you go in often enough, they will remember your usuals and even get up to start collecting them before you reach the counter. If you're looking for a product, not in stock or that they don't carry, they will find it, and order it for you. I also believe their prices to be some of the best in the area.
