I had an issue with my bale product when brought it in they looked up the date I bought the product which had been about 8 days and the product usually last me 14-16 days. They didn't offer a refund or a discount. I bought another vape product that day and had no problem. Fast forward 2 mos later i bought 2 more and both of them stopped working around the 50% mark. No more buying from this place this is the only cape store I've had an issue and the will not offer a discount or refund for your loyalty. I was provided THE WORST service here. I am a rather experienced pipe smoker. When I arrived at this local smoke shop to purchase a church warden (basically a Gandalf pipe) I wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal. The pipe seemed well enough, but the gentleman behind the counter could not answer any of my questions. He gave me the excuse, "I don't smoke". Mate, why the bloody hell do you run a smoke shop then? No matter, that's his decision. Then, next day I lit the pipe up, had a brilliant smoke, and went to clean it. The stem broke off as I barely removed it. I was rather dismayed, but went down to the shop in good spirits to get a replacement pipe. (My other one is in storage and I wanted to try a new tobacco I recently purchased. I was hoping not to get a full refund, but to get at least a discount on a new pipe. The man would not have it. He blamed me for breaking it and it did absolutely nothing to provide service recovery. It was a bad pipe. All I wanted was a little off another pipe so that I may enjoy a new tobacco that I picked up... INSTEAD, I WAS BLAMED AND BERATED BY A MAN THAT HAD VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS HE SELLS. Every employee except one is super nice!! The guy that all has the damn Bluetooth in his ear is one of the most unfriendly and rude person I've encountered in customer service!
