If you're going here for the 10% off one item check-in, don't go. I was told that it could not be honored, even though it was on their Yelp page. The employees told me that even if they wanted to, there was no way to select it from their dropdown menu of premade discounts. To back this up, an employee turned the computer around and showed me the list of premade discounts with the first one reading: "10% off with valid reason." ???? When I pointed it out and told her that the deal on their validated Yelp page seemed like a pretty valid reason, I was told that it was not. Another employee then tried to mansplain business and bottom lines to me. ??? Yes, I do understand that a business must make its bottom line, and that means making sure marketing initiatives are in line with that bottom line. It also kind of seemed like the employees didn't understand what the Yelp discount was. I was met with a slew of questions like "but that's on your Yelp account," unable to understand that the offer is displayed on everybody's Yelp. I was told that 1. The owner gets really mad if they allow 10% discounts 2. The owner controls the Yelp page. ???? In my mind, that meant that the owner would know about the Yelp discount, right? But I guess it wasn't communicated to the employees? I'm not sure, but it sounds like not a lot of top-down communication is happening, leaving the customers SOL. I even emailed the owner using the store's business email, and I received no response. It just kind of hurt my head dealing with these folks. And honestly, I only purchased the item because the saleswoman (Lauren) was so nice; it wasn't even the color I wanted which made all of this even more painful. The last thing I want to say is that while the employee tried to explain business principles to wittle ol me, I should have probably explained marketing to him, and detailed that a bad customer experience and a bad review is going to lose a lot more money than the 10% offer I was trying to redeem. read more

I love the staff here! They are so friendly and personable! They will actually take their time to explain their products at length. They demonstrate how to work everything which is really nice. I went with a friend of mine who capes and he knew I wanted a vape pen so we decided on this place since it was late and they are open until 11. I love to smoke hookah and was contemplating getting a hookah but I don't know if I want to get one yet as I like socializing at hookah lounges. I did want a vape pen as they seem cool, lol. They sell all sorts of vape products, hookahs, cigars etc. The vape juice that they sell comes in 0%,3%, and 6% nicotine. So you don't have to have nicotine in your vape pen. They are just very relaxing! I ended up getting a vape pen and staff set it up for me and showed me how to use it. He also showed my friend how to use different products. They are very enthusiastic about the products they sell and boast being cheaper than other smoke shops. I like my pen and will return for more flavors to smoke. read more

By far the best smoke shop I've ever been to. I usually just go to random places because most head shops are usually overpriced with fancy collectors glass, not for daily use. Anyways, the crew here is cool AF and very helpful. Beware of what you purchase here. I purchased a faulty item and wanted an exchange not a credit. The guy at the counter proceeded to lecture me about how he was making an exception because they have zero tolerance for exchanges. I understand having that policy for perishables but this store sells electronic items that don't work. If you purchase something electronic, make sure you test it before you leave the store or you might end up with a faulty item. Funny the same individual sold me the items was so quick to take my money but not so quick to offer customer service. Because he assumed that I wasn't purchasing anything, he kept taking care of customers that walked in after me. Little girl with chun-li-wannabe chopsticks in her hair, you either need to reup on the CBD, or be taught by others whom I've had really good vibes there with on how to treat your guests. We aren't just "customers", we are guest coming into this establishment to keep you employed. Trust me love, you could get replaced easily with that continuous attitude. Enlighten us, teach us, advise us on the products. Plus, he was talking to me, not you. Don't roll your eyes if the number we gave isn't linked to an account with you all. Yikes. Conditioner much? Also, to end the purchase from a guest, the remainder change that is given, when a guest (key word used again, learn it) pays with cash, don't slam the change on the counter. I stopped in to check out what they had. They won't let you sample any juices, and the guy that owns the shop is kind of a dick. But the girls were very nice. Just can't comment on the vape juices as they won't allow any sampling. Not a bad selection of glass though.
