They took 2 stars away from this review because I was standing next to a customer who was looking at one of the 'pen' like devices. I am familiar with these so I started talking to him and told him one thing to be careful of when using those, otherwise the item will break. One of the guys working there didn't want me talking to the other customer about the product. He interrupted us and stood between us and just shut me out. Fair enough. I was just trying to help a fellow out. Had the guy been somewhat decent in jumping into our conversation then it would be one star detection. But he Damn near stepped on my toes, in the litteral sense. I spent 14 dollars there and am happy with what I got although I had to scour the store to find something that I felt was reasonably priced. Would I go back? Sure, if I had to. I don't visit these places often.

Mark wasn't the greatest businessman in the world, and we members put up with the lacking ventilation, dirty bathrooms, old furniture, and other shortcomings because of Mark......we knew how much he loved us and that shop. Since his unfortunate passing the owner has brought in a new manager and the words "customer service" or "member" are not part of his vocabulary. Numerous changes have been implemented that make us all feel more like a number than a member, but the most egregious came last Thursday when I walked in the shop and the poker table where I and a number of other members gathered a few days a week to play some cards had been taken out. No warning, no conversation, no explanation. When I initiated a discussion with the manager, he basically told me that my and our opinions did not matter, as we are "just members". After 20 years, we were cast aside like some dirt off the bottom of your shoe. I hate to say it but I, as well as about another 15+ members have quit our memberships. It has been a sad week and this has been very difficult to write.

I literally did absolutely nothing to warrant that response I would very much appreciate management or ownership to contact me on this. I have shopped at the store before, but it's been years. I remember there being great prices and good service. After the way that employed treated me, I don't think I ever wanna come back except to try and talk to management. That woman should not continue working for you, unless you make VERY clear how she should conduct herself. And if for some reason her behavior is something you're OK with, then don't worry. I'll just make sure everyone else knows that too. Also, reading through the Google reviews, it appears I'm not the first person that this woman has grossly mistreated. Absolutely outrageous that she is still working there after months of this behavior.

I had a horribly adverse reaction. When I went back, they made it clear they didn't know much about the product. This place is more of a vape shop than one for CBD. I would recommend anyone with pain go for the online route. Luckily, I was able to get refunded for the purchase through my bank, as this shop refused to even do an exchange. The teenage staff is quite rude and were distracted on their phones both times I went.

They have my brand, Nat Sherman's. However, they didn't have the right type that I usually smoke, so I decided to get something similar to hold me over. I also picked up some Djarum's (the clove cigs) and a nice cigar that I've been wanting to smoke since last year. They had a limited selection of cigars, but decent. I think there's a special if you buy 3 packs of cigs you get a free lighter. Free lighter, I like. Mmmm, can't wait till I light up again. :-)
